I hired this company to do some granite work for me. I paid them to come out twice (once to measure and once to install). They did a great job. I realized after their visits, I needed granite for my shower steps. After trying to get a hold of the owner via email and several phone calls, he finally took my call. He said that that would be too small of a job for him to do and that he is very busy. One of the reasons he is busy is that my contractor recommended him to 10 other people and he never returns my contractors calls during this whole process. After talking to him and letting him know that I am a customer (paid almost $1,000 the first time), he asked me to send him a picture of the granite needed and he would get back to me. No phone call back. The woman that answers the phone Sandy has the worst attitude and personality. She shouldn't be working for the public. More like stay home or work in a factory alone. I have never talked to anyone so rude in my life. I will not recommend this company to anyone needing granite. Poor customer service. I bet 4 years ago when the economy sucked, he would have taken any business. Sounds like he's now too big for his britches. Go elsewhere on the eastern shore, The only CSI you should buy are the programs on the CBS television network! read more
