Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. The whole team made the process easy, and the end result exceeded our expectations. We'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Beth's design included much more storage, and better workflow, even with the removal of a center island. Her knowledge of cabinetry, lighting, and finish materials was invaluable in guiding us through the selection of design elements. The drawer microwave and pot filler put the design over the top. Beth patiently listened to our wants and dreams. She also coordinated construction with their subcontractor, Mast Contracting be put to work the plan for our kitchen. Under Beth's direction, Mast did stunning work making our dream kitchen come true. We are extremely pleased with the entire process!

We hired this company to replace our electrical panel and paid a deposit upfront. From the…read morebeginning, scheduling was a struggle. Communication was very poor--Luis, the person handling appointments, rarely returned calls, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic updates. They even canceled on the same day they were supposed to come, which caused delays and a lot of inconvenience. Because of this, we decided to cancel the project altogether. During an earlier visit, their technician Ben tightened two outlet screws and replaced a GFCI outlet using our own materials. Before he did the work, I specifically asked about the cost and was told it would be free. After we canceled the project, we were unexpectedly charged $350 for that small task--without any approval from us. When I called to question the charge, Luis laughed and said "this is how it goes," which was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, very disappointing experience. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and unexpected charges without consent. I would not recommend this company.
