After a thorough and exhaustive search reviewing many cabinet companies in Southern Delaware, we…read morediscovered Home & Office Cabinetry in Greenwood, owned and operated by Mike Biggs. Mike is extremely knowledgeable on kitchen and bath design, customized (built-in) cabinets, top quality granite, quartz, and stainless steel counter-tops, back-splashes, architectural lighting and hardware choices (cabinet knobs and hinges), including installing matching cabinetry door panels on professional appliances (i.e., Sub-Zero refrigerators, freezers, Miele dishwashers and True under-counter refrigerator). Mike can design and make cabinets from scratch in his shop using a variety of wood species, as well order top quality customized cabinets from various high-end suppliers too. With available options and materials for kitchen and bath cabinetry being virtually limitless, the experience of redesigning a kitchen project can be easily overwhelming for most. So having a professional with Mike's experience, patience and creative ideas was very helpful for us. He listened to our needs, worked diligently to provide us the best available within our budget, worked with us throughout the entire project from start to end, from initial design through final design and installation. While he could easily complete any job solely by himself, he was greatly helpful in helping me in a DIY project too, and instrumental in recommending highly competent independent carpenters, plumbers and electricians specific for our project needs. We were so impressed with Mike's help with our kitchen, that we used him again for a second project to install a kitchenette and full bath on a second story of detached garage. Mike's recommendations for installing black knotty alder wood cabinets was amazing and perfect for the rustic décor we wanted to achieve. Everyone loves them! You cannot find anyone more honest, trustworthy, experienced and nice to work with on your kitchen, bath and office cabinetry needs.

I had a metal roof installed in 2018. I had on-going problems with it until the pandemic hit…read more After the pandemic I couldn't find that roofer and a handyman seemed to fix the problems. Unfortunately, the leaks started again this March. I got estimates and Kyle seemed to make the most sense. He showed me pictures and explained carefully how the metal roof was bad and that installation caused damage to the siding. I got financing through him and signed contracts. His contract included getting the permits and a GAF warranty on the roofing materials! A week or so later he and his crew were here to install a newer roof. He found what was causing the problems and made the corrections needed. Even when I disagreed with Kyle about 2 of 3 skylights, he found me a solution. Then, they came back and installed new siding. There were days of banging and shaking during the installations, but the results are gorgeous! Take pictures before the work is done so everything can be put back where you had it. He and his crew were considerate, patient, and very professional! Hopefully, I now have a secure home without moisture building up and a roof that will not leak for at least 10 years! Contact this company for your needed work!

Any good responsible company dealing with insulations knows how the insulation is damaged after animals are living in it for awhile. Drain was plugged tight and after trying to snake the drain I pulled a piece of the spray foam insulation from it. I then knew I had major problem. I called and spoke to the secretary and explained the situation. She gave me the boss's number to call and I left him a message, never to hear from him. I called the secretary back and told her I would be in touch after I investigated more. I crawled under the trailer and cut enough of the spray insulation to get to my drain pipe. I cut the pipe and it was plugged solid. After removing 3ft. Section I then saw the reason why my drain pipe was clogged. There was a hole the size of a quarter in the pipe and this is where they pumped the foam in. There was even more foam in the uncut pipe so I took pictures and called my plumber to get estimate of running a new pipe. With the estimate in hand I called one more time to get some justice for the malicious act that was committed by what I thought were some nice Spanish guys that work for this company. Once again I got no return call from this company. I guess once you pay they are done with ya. I will never understand what made those fellas do what they did but it was a very painful experience. I hope someone will read this and think twice, maybe three times before using 1st state insulation.
