Amazing service even sitting outside. Mocha (in a small bowl) was AMAZING. Food was absolutely delicious and may return here during our 1-week stay. Highly recommend.

WOW. I feel bad saying we came here as a back up option because our first choice brunch place was packed but I'm so glad we did. I can honestly say this was the best smoked salmon eggs Benedict I've ever had. The flavorful hollandaise sauce, perfectly cooked eggs, high quality salmon on multigrain bread. Holy smokes it was truly delicious. Even the side salad was great. My husband really loved his sandwich and we also shared the fruit salad which was surprisingly good and all the fruit was ripe. Also the mango peach lemonade was soooo fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! coffees also looked amazing but we didn't have any. Bathroom was clean, service was a little slow, but no real complaints.

Couleur Café in South Slope is a neighborhood French cafe serving, fresh food and light breakfast and lunch fare. We came on a crisp fall day to enjoy some breakfast and had the pumpkin spice latte, lamb merguez sausage and bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich both served with a fresh side salad. We love the casual feel of the cafe that features an impressively extensive menu and quality dishes relative to the size of the kitchen. We wish every neighborhood had a cafe as good as Couleur. Be sure to order some beignets to go on your way out. The Nutella beignets were crispy on the outside with a perfect, fudgy dollop of Nutella in the center

Stopped by with a friend for a lunchtime meet up, very cute little neighborhood spot pretty perfect for lunch. As someone who has been to Paris, this French style spot was pretty close to many places I have been over there. Started with 2 Chai's, I am tea girly so I loved that these basically came in bowls. So much chai! Tasted good but could have been more spiced. For lunch, I ordered a Couleur Baguette Sandwich. Perfect choice! It was a warm sandwich so the cheese was melted perfectly with a great tang from the pickled veggies on top. The sandwich came with a side salad, I wasn't in love with the dressing but it was still good. Dreaming about this sandwich already!

Cute little cafe to grab a weekend brunch! Pretty standard brunch food with a French twist, I feel a smoked salmon sandwich is usually fine but this one was so good. The coffee portion is also massive which I appreciate. Love this area of Park Slope as well

I think I found my new favorite café in Brooklyn. From the food to the coffee to the friendly staff, everything about this restaurant was wonderful. I was seated right away on a Saturday and was able to get some work done while enjoying my meal. Important to note they do not have outlets so bring devices fully charged. The staff there were attentive and kind, service was fast, and prices were slightly higher than most places. I got their homemade pumpkin spice latte which was HUGE and so so good. I also got one of their specials which was pesto, mozzarella, tomato & an egg on a sandwich with a side of roasted potatoes. It was the perfect portion size and had really fresh ingredients. I would definitely come back to try other items!

Before I begin, I just want to say... man, their Croissant aux Amandes was so darn good. Their recipe is none like any other since they are made fresh on premises. The light almond filling is what I adore most, bite after bite was to die for. Oh, and let me tell you, coffee tastes better in a bowl? My husband and I each ordered a cup and both were served in bowls. Not your average size cup of joe, I mean bowl. Anyways, on our day off we happened to stumble upon this cute little café with antique feel décor. Every piece of seating furniture was different which makes this shop unique. Those who eat with me knows there must be some sort of greens on the table. We went for the Organic Kale Butternut Squash Salad, subbed with arugula instead since they were out of kale but I thought arugula tasted just fine. Topped with soft butternut squash, sliced cucumbers, dried cranberries and figs, tossed in a shallot dressing with pumpkin seeds for crunch. Hubs went with boring ole Ouefs sur le Plat aka egg platter with bacon and scrambled eggs; bacon was on the extra crispy side and not to our liking. Overall, we enjoyed our morning date. The staff was friendly which was a plus. I would definitely come back to try all of their baked goods, and for the almond croissant, of course.

I stopped by for brunch on a Friday early afternoon and it was the best decision. They have outdoor and indoor seating where some are having lunch, others are working on their laptops. We were seated inside but the table was definitely kind of small. Our orders were taken quick and our food came out so quick (before our drinks too which I was surprised at). The eggs had a great flavor and the potatoes were well seasoned too. They don't have Turkey bacon but I swapped the bacon for my order with a salad. Food tasted great! I ordered a fresh mint lemonade and it really was fresh!!! It was so delicious! I will definitely go back just for that lemonade- it was so amazing. Definitely give it a try if you stop by!

Fantastic cozy brunch cafe serving French food in Brooklyn. They also have daily organic specials. I was really craving crepes ever since I came back from Europe, so I got the Fromage crepe filled with goat cheese, mushrooms, and spinach. The food definitely hit the spot and the crepe had a crispy end to it. They were also quite generous with the filling (lots of goat cheese).

Very good brunch! Small cafe, friendly people, amazing food. 1. Vegetarian cocotte - Small, hot plate and loaded with flavor! 2. Almond croissant - Delicious and comes with powdered sugar. Overall, I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

This is my fav local coffee joint! It is so sad to see how covid has affected them! In the past, tables were impossible during brunch! Please support this place and stop in! They take your temperature if you dine in! But take a few of their in house made pastries to go! My fav is raisin sticky pastry! The croissants are delicious

Fantastic little café with relaxed vibes and delicious food! Most recently I had an iced chai with the couleur baguette sandwich (Ham, Gruyère, veggies) and it was fantastic! I brought my book and ate outside while I read. The servers are all very nice and never make you feel rushed. They also have great cocktails and wine! For breakfast I highly recommend the avocado toast. A perfect little neighborhood spot for breakfast and lunch!

The scallop dish was quite small so not the best for sharing but the rest were all amazing. From the regular menu we got the mushroom toast which was absolutely delicious and great for sharing and the pork chop which is one of the best dishes I have ever had. Tasty cocktails but I do wish they had more options on the menu -- there are only 3 cocktails to order from. Everything on the menu looked amazing, so I had the waiter choose my dish/wine pairing and he did a great job! I got the pesto with shrimp. The pasta is handmade and the wine is natural from Italy. The food here is delicious and I was happy to see gluten free pasta options. The pork ragu was good but I was truly impressed by how good the texture of the gluten free pasta was. For me, the show stopper was the branzino. It was seasoned perfectly and the potato crust was a fun touch. The salad was nice and simple, but didn't blow me away. Portion sizes were good, though the prices are on the higher side. The restaurant is a great place for a friends' night or date night, and I'd keep the group small or make a reservation in advanced because it gets busy. It is definitely a more expensive spot, but worth it!
