I told him he's more handsome than when I dropped him off and he smiled. :) Mandy was very thorough and explained the places she found knots and pointed out which of his toesies had brittle nails, I really appreciate the attention to detail. The grooming salon was nicely decorated for the holidays and clean, and when I walked in there were two well behaved dogs on the table with their groomers pampering them. That said, once I finally did get someone on the phone and explained that my dog was matted, after I forgot to brush him prior to giving him a bath, she was incredibly kind and actually squeezed me in on a very busy day. I really appreciated that and it meant a lot. They clearly care about the dogs and do excellent work, and once you're in, the service is absolutely worth it.

You either need to pick up your dog and put them in the tub, or the dog needs to be willing to jump on a counter, then into he tub. Also, there is no safety gate for the self-bathe, but there is for grooming, and the door was wide open. I have been there about three times, just giving a review. Also, note, there is 4$ charge for credit cards.
