I really love Cuts and Cuddles and the work they do on my dog. The care, patience, and results are always great, and I'm genuinely happy every time we go. The only challenge was getting an appointment -- communication was a bit inconsistent at first, with some texts going quiet and it being hard to reach someone by phone, even during business hours. That said, once I finally did get someone on the phone and explained that my dog was matted, after I forgot to brush him prior to giving him a bath, she was incredibly kind and actually squeezed me in on a very busy day. I really appreciated that and it meant a lot. They clearly care about the dogs and do excellent work, and once you're in, the service is absolutely worth it. read more

Tela and her husband were so sweet and patient with our 1 year old Bernedoodle Charlie! She is shy/timid with new places sometimes, and they were great at making her feel comfortable and safe. We took her here after having some not so great experiences at other groomers. We are so happy we found this place! When we arrived, I noticed how clean it was inside and quiet. They have open air areas to keep the pups instead of kennels, and she was ready to be picked up right when they said she would be. My boy Buddy is a 12 year old rescue from the streets of Mexico. He's never been to a groomers and only had his nails clipped once before at the vet where they told me they had to muzzle him. I was very weary of taking him in because I know how anxious he gets and I was worried he'd bite someone. His nails were VERY VERY BAD and extremely brittle. He also does not like men at all. When I brought him in, instead of trying to muzzle him, they just held him and pet him and he was absolutely fine. I was so nervous with a guy holding him (I can't remember his name, but he's pictured above), but he did so so well and I think Buddy could sense the love and care that they had for him. He did not need a muzzle and everything went beyond well. They were so patient and gentle with him, I could not have been happier with Cuts n' Cuddles. It took me so long to find someone I could trust with Hope, She has anxiety and so do I. I wasn't comfortable leaving her at a groomer for any extended amount of time, I also know she's far from social. So finding just the right person to groom her was arduous. Chelsea has been amazing, she got back to me a day or so after I left her a voicemail. And was able to schedule us pretty quickly in the middle of COVID. She explained her estimated pricing and her safety protocol. Upon arrival Hope was terrified, and refused to go into the salon. But it's a pretty quiet shopping center in the mornings so I convinced her. Chelsea was great this whole time, super patient and calm. Hope calmed down with her and hasn't refused to go in the salon since that first visit. Hope approves and so do I. If you're looking for someone you can trust, who will tell you all the good things but also communicate any issues or concerns, give Chelsea a call. I absolutely love Chelsea! We had trouble finding a caring and patient groomer for our tripod and we definitely found one in Chelsea. Bodie has trouble with his back leg and cannot stand for too long to get groomed and Chelsea is so careful with him. She takes her time and treats him like he was her own dog. She will call if there is ever an issue and is very communicative about everything. In the past, we have had groomers take forever and leave our pup in a cage waiting for his turn which tends to stress him out. We have never had that issue with Chelsea because she doesn't overbook herself. I cannot say enough positive things about Chelsea and tell everyone that will listen to take their dogs to get groomed by her!!!! read more
