Alright, let's talk pizza! Cottage Inn is straight-up fire! As a pizza fanatic, finding the perfect pizza spot can be exhausting but this one definitely surprised me! Pizza is literally my go-to comfort food, so when I say it's top-tier, dammit it is! I love deep dish and that's what I got, it literally checked off all the boxes for me! But we do gotta talk comparisons. Bob's Pizza on 7 Mile? Yeah, it's a legend in its own right. But Cottage Inn? It's giving Bob's a serious run for its money. I can't definitively say which is better... that's like choosing between family members! Lmao but Cottage Inn is definitely up there. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the spot is not really like a dine in spot or anything but trust me this the type of pizza you wanna take home, lay in your bed watch lifetime and eat the whole damn Pizza. It's will definitely have you cheating on yo diet and participating in "Big Back Behavior" Thank me later! read more

Everything was cooked perfectly and delivered on time. I was truly surprised at how good the pizza and wings were. Everything tasted great and seemed like it was made from fresh quality ingredients. I have never had Cottage Inn before, so I didn't know what to expect. But after this experience it's definitely a new local favorite! Order up! read more

This tasted genuinely phenomenal, I was visiting in town from Georgia and I have been craving deep dish forever and it's nowhere to be found where I am. This crust is extremely buttery and flavorful. read more

Excellent flavorful pizza, it was still warm even on a freezing day and delivery was faster than given time, the toppings was plentiful, with crunchy crust, good variety of toppings available,, will return. read more

Cottage Inn has a great product with many options to choose from. This location tho, has incredible customer service as well. In particular, Amil is the man. He has fantastic customer service skills every single time I'm in there. Whether it's super busy, slow, things are going wrong, other employees dropping the ball. . . Amil is kind, courteous and keeps that place moving very efficiently. This isn't a one-time thing either. He's like this day in and day out. No tip I can leave would be sufficient to recognize him. It's extremely refreshing this day and age to get a sense that someone actually cares. Thank you read more

They're open late , everything cooked fresh. Staff is really accommodating and super friendly.

What does it say about me that the people here already know me by name? This has become our go-to for a long day when no one feels like cooking, or when you have those days where you just need a pizza. We've been rotating through the variety of gourmet pizzas and customizing our own just to try new things. The cuban pizza with the deep dish crust is my current fave. It's crazy how different you can make each pizza here taste- there are SO MANY ways to make each one unique. We have yet to be sick of pizza! The service here is excellent. Everyone we've encountered here is so friendly, and so helpful. Even with masks on you can tell they are smiling. I love that! My only complaint is that when we try to order delivery we can't order from here since we're technically in another zip code. We are 1.5 miles away from this location and the next closest Cottage Inn is 4.8 miles away, but it's in our zip code. The other Cottage Inn just doesn't have the same service or quality! read more

Horrible service, food 20 minutes late, food was horrible, and the workers smelled terrible. All around gross establishment I'll never go back. And this is not an over exaggeration at all. Go find out for urself. read more

I have to give it up to Mr. Brian and the staff at Cottage Inn Pizza in Berkley Michigan. The customer service is on point and their pizza is by far the BEST pizza I've EVER had, like seriously! Keep up the great work fellas! read more

After my grandkids' dance recital my son treated us all to pizza and breadsticks from this restaurant, we got take out. We had a deluxe pizza, the Everything Inn breadsticks with garlic cream cheese and the Classic Inn breadsticks. Everything was great! I especially loved the Everything Inn breadsticks, I think they are my new favorites. I just might have to treat myself the next time I am in the area. read more

Really great chain pizza store. Love the flavored crust option for pizza. The Favorite is delicious! Would like them to be more heavy-handed with toppings but it's not a deal breaker. Everything seasoned breadsticks could be skipped. The seasoning was burnt but we still managed to eat all of them - ha! Liked the cream cheese for dipping, though. Need to try the cheesy bread. Will be back! read more

Smaller Cottage Inn takeout/delivery location. Private parking lot. It is a Cottage Inn. Clean, decent staff. No issues during my orders. They deliver within the estimate they give you. If you order for pickup it is ready when you get there. read more

Cottage Inn is my favorite! The online ordering process is simple and the delivery times are always reasonable. The drivers are kind and go the extra mile- especially with their Covid precautions. Masks are worn and they provide you with plenty of space to minimize contact. Their BLT pizza is life changing- I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. If you're looking for pizza delivery, you won't regret CI! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered a pizza via phone - BECAUSE NEITHER THEIR WEBSITE NOR THEIR APP WAS WORKING - and it should have been easy to deliver (we live near enough to the store). Instead, more than an hour later, NOTHING. I even saw their delivery car pull into our driveway but leave without delivering the food. So we called back. These folks claimed they tried to deliver to the same street name in a different town, which is nonsense, since that other town has no street with our street name. They said they'd redeliver. Still nothing. So we called back again. Whoever answered the phone gave me the same idiotic excuse as the first time, but he called me "Honey." And when the same delivery car I'd already seen earlier finally showed up AND GAVE US OUR ORDER THIS TIME, the food was cold. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. Don't waste your time here. read more

Pretty good pizza, but they have been messing up my order a lot (wrong topping on my pizza) for my 2 most recent orders. Also burnt my pizza recently. They're slippin. I'm not sure what's going on. AND the manager Alexis is rude!! She argued with me about my wrong order that was delivered, saying it wasn't wrong! I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT!!!! I know what I have in front of me!!! Unbelievable customer service!!!! read more

Pizza was soggy due to the manager spraying garlic butter all over instead of crust. There were literally puddles of butter on my pizza. When I asked for a refund they refused. I signed a receipt for $44 and my card has been charged $53. The manager actually raised his voice when I told him I'd been ordering the same pizza for over a year from this exact location saying he was the one who made my last one. If that's the case why no consistency. On top of all that they are preparing your food with no mask on at all. I posted a picture of them doing so! read more

This place continues to prepare customers' food without gloves or proper food safety PPE. Roughly 1 month ago, my wife walked into the aforementioned establishment and noticed their worker (now we know as "Mo"), that was not using gloves when building a customer's sandwich. The worker was using his bare hands to grab the bread, meat, and toppings to ensemble the meal. Obviously a concern to my wife, she confronted both Mo and the manager (Robby) who apologized at the time and said it would not happen again. Fast forward to today - the first time we have been back since the last incident - I walk into the Cottage Inn Pizza to pick up an order we placed over the phone. To my surprise, I witness "Mo" grabbing lettuce with no gloves and preparing a customer's salad entrée. I immediately complained and the manager asked Mo to put on gloves. The manager did not seem to take it seriously, though, and did not throw away the customer's food and remake it as they should have. Instead, they packaged it and put it in a bag to be delivered. Once I got home, I called the place of business to file a complaint, at which time the Manager then assured me that they threw away the food before it was given to the customer and had again talked to Mo. I do not believe they did. And I do not believe they take us seriously or our complaints when we continue to see workers handling food without gloves. Avoid this establishment if you can, I have already contacted the Health Department for them to be investigated. read more

Honestly my first time going there I had a great experience they made me barbecue chicken pizza and a cheese pizza with a little Italian seasoning I never had better pizzas i am definitely going there again tomorrow thank you read more

I don't know who I've offended at this place, but somebody over there is treating pepperonis like there is a national shortage. The light wisp of everything crust was bad enough, but the pepperoni really seems like it was a prank read more

Pizza is very good, for a chain restaurant. But I gotta tell you, I've never experienced more poorly trained and unskilled employees. The managers are great. They always make it right, but on three separate occasions I've had someone call me back to ask me what my order was. I've also arrived for pickup, and pizza was given away to another customer on accident. Ordering on the phone has taken up to 10 mins because they don't know how to enter the order on the computer. I keep coming back due to the managers and good pizza. Everyone is nice and pleasant, but service is out of control bad. If you choose to go here, you will definitely need patience. read more

Pizza was perfect! Delivery was prompt!! I am never disappointed! Keep up the great work!! Love it!! read more

Please be warned there is a technical glitch in the online ordering system that will double charge you if you time delay your order!! After experiencing this firsthand, I've had the worst customer service experience possible trying to get a refund and wasted more time than is even reasonable to accomplish this.... all for the owner to offer me a $8 gift card as a make good. Talk about insulting.... Couldn't just offer a free pizza on the house, and not nickel and dime a regular customer? Hungry Howies across the street is much better priced and won't rip you off like this place Update- the cheap ass owner offered me an $8 gift card as "make good" for being double charged, which doesn't even really get a small pizza, so he really just offered me a coupon where I would still have to spend money in the store. I will never go to another cottage inn now. Seriously... $8??? read more

I love this cottage inn location, always an ease and the people that work there are a pleasure every time. Also the food is really great, I really do believe they have the best feta cheese sticks. Very positive establishment. read more

First time there. Great timely service, food was delicious, and the guy at the counter really took care of us. Would definitely come back.

i really really had high hopes for this new location. i was excited for them to open up a new cottage inn in my area, but sadly i was let down. the store is only a couple weeks old so i am hoping things will get better here. i ordered the large 2 topping special that came with an order of garlic cheese bread. i've had pizza from different cottage inn locations many times and i was surprised that my order did not meet expectations. the food was slightly undercooked, the garlic cheese bread was very doughy and i ended up tossing it out. the pizza was extremely limp, you could not hold a piece without the toppings falling all over the place. really just a big disappointment! i will give them a few months to work out the kinks and hopefully they will get better. one thing that i can say is that their toppings are really fresh and they give you plenty of them! stop inside and pick up a promo paper, there's a 50% off coupon on your first order. read more

Oven baked wings are good. Pizza is decent. They are consistent so you know what you are getting every time, which is always a plus for me.

I'm so freakin spoiled living in Berkley. We have all the chains but we also have quite a few independents who have great pizza either in town or up on Woodward. This stuff is painfully average and consistently doughy, soft, and undercooked. Place was clean, staff was great...but just really no reason to go back. I have a feeling I wouldn't be this big of a twat waffle if choices in the area were limited. read more

During this trying time of the pandemic, we look to companies to do the right thing to help keep us safe. On 5/2, my mother was craving pizza, I told her Cottage Inn was great, we order, and my husband picks the order up. He is so caught off guard and tells me about it when he got home. No one there was wearing any sort of gloves, even the person making the food. That's someone's hands all in the food, no gloves. There was no one wearing any masks, and the guy at the front counter was super close to my husband. He told me this when he got home ... we are doing a pretty tight self quarantine, this was a huge treat for us. We didn't trust it, we threw it all away. Reached out to corporate, nothing has happened. read more

Every time I order from this location they mess my order up. Whenever I call them to let them know something was not right I end up getting three more phone calls from managers and other employees all whom don't know what is going on. Then today they tried to tell me it was my fault that they didn't put the garlic butter sauce I requested in with my breadsticks. I will just continue going to jets instead they always get it right for me. read more
