My item was relatively inexpensive but they treated it like I had purchased an $800 sword. Each piece was separated, the metal was oiled and wrapped in plastic, brown paper was coiled around individual parts, then extra paper was added to the box so the sword and scabbard would not move at all. Took 4 business days to arrive from ordering. I'm surprise so many have had bad experiences, the one time there was an issue with my order 10 years ago the staff went out of their way to make it a good experience (email attached). If you are an arms and armor nerd you will love exploring their website and in my experiences ordering from them has been nothing but positive.

The thing that drives me absolutely crazy though is when someone who is supposed to be a "manager" is standing directly in front of her business smoking. That's right. Smoking a cigarette right out in front of the doors. Not only is it gross, but we are in a pandemic. I certainly don't need you blowing all over me when I, or anyone, is entering or exiting your business. But even worse is the cigarette smoke and smell wafting throughout the store. That just tells me that this person doesn't respect her employer, and even less does she respect her customers. So to recap - she smokes in front of the doors, and she's rude. What else is there to say? I'm not sure who at Spirit Corporate hired this one, or where they plucked her from, but I'm sure they can do better. With the number of people out of work due to COVID, can't we set our sights a tad bit higher?
