That just tells me that this person doesn't respect her employer, and even less does she respect her customers. So to recap - she smokes in front of the doors, and she's rude. What else is there to say? I'm not sure who at Spirit Corporate hired this one, or where they plucked her from, but I'm sure they can do better. With the number of people out of work due to COVID, can't we set our sights a tad bit higher?
