I came here a few months ago, and my experience was nothing short of negative, I absolutely hated the manicure, it was poorly done. I received a gift certificate from my fiancée to go here to get pampered and expected good or at the very least some mediocre service, but instead I got ladies that gave me an attitude and criticized me, and told me I should get some "work done". You shouldn't be talking to/about your customers like this, period. I came in expecting a positive environment with a quality manicure, and got the opposite. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not ever return.

The polish job was done well. They use an orange-mango smelling scrub which smells so nice, and use a hot towel before massaging in lotion. Next I saw Shaina and she sealed the deal for me coming back to 4 seasons. I told her how my nails had been damaged by a previous technician at a different salon after removing artificial gel nails. She assessed my nails and did the no chip which still hasn't chipped and it's been two weeks. I'm impressed considering she did a no chip on weak/thin nails! She was funny and friendly.
