This place looks like a "brick and mortar" yard sale. Whomever their merchandising buyer is, they need some advice: Stick to bedding, bath, tabletop, and housewares and forget all of the "as seen of tv" junk that's clogging up your isles. This store is way too small to have this much merchandise and all of the strange odds and ends are... well, odd. If you can manage to get your cart past the "yard sale" in front, the store does have a great selection of household necessities and the employees are helpful, but my ADD brain wants to run kicking and screaming.

I was surprised to see such a filthy bathroom for a target. The odor was really strong and the stalls had all sorts of drips on them. It's smells strong of urine and was filthy. I was also surprised to see the self checkout was all dusty and dirty as well for the self serve drink area.

He was easy to work with and gave us some really useful pointers, so we stopped our search and bought from him. They have very comparable pricing to other places we shopped and fast delivery options. So we had an excellent delivery (on time, great communication) but as soon as the guy gets into the room to pick up the old mattress he says...those are the wrong size, and tells us d to call the store after the delivery. So later that day we did and Tim answered and assured us "No Problem" we can deliver the right ones the next day and we just need to pay the difference. He sent a link to pay and no hassle, no fees, just amazing customer service. It was our fault but they still made the entire process fast and easy. Everything from the purchase, to the return to 2 deliveries, everyone was great. I was a little worried about a big box mattress store, but no more, we had an amazing experience at an amazing store.

Some helpful hints based on our experience: 1. A big countertop dealer like MSI, located in Elk Grove Village, has a very large showroom where you can see the full countertop slabs. We had some preferences based on the web site pictures and the little quartz samples, but ended up selecting a different slab once we were in the showroom. You really want to see the full countertop slabs before your decision is finalized. 2. We were really disappointed with the Home Depot service, which is The Countertop Factory - Midwest. There was an extremely hard sell visit to our house and a take-it-or-leave it price. 3. Many quartz countertop installation services want you to select quartz they already have in stock. Davan let us shop around and we selected an MSI countetop, which MSI already had in stock. Our job therefore proceeded quickly from final slab selection to installation (less than two weeks). 4. I was unnecessarily nervous about our kitchen tile backsplash when our old formica countertops were replaced with new quartz countertops. We wanted to retain the old kitchen backsplash. That was not a problem and the installation occurred smoothly.
