The first time I was in the drive through line was 3:30. I waited over a half hour to be told it wasn't filled and it would be done in a half hour. I went home and had dinner and came back and was in line from 5:50 till :630 got to the front and was told it wasn't ready, so I said I'd wait and then I was told they had no one to fill. This was before the break. This is a bit frustrating. What if this was an urgent medicine? The other frustrating part was my doctor sent the prescription in at 2:00. I got in line and looked at my phone and Walgreens sent a text, they didn't fill the prescription, they asked if I wanted it filled or not. Sounds like a strange question since my doctor prescribed it. Yes I wanted it filled. I felt sorry for the young lady who took care of the register..... Hire more people or have backups when needed. It's not fair for your employees or customers. Fortunately I'm not the type to yell. Have been fighting with the Pharmacy to do their job for months now. Script was written for 45 days. But they have it in the system as 90. Insurance knows it's 45 and ok with it. Dr. wants it at 45days. But these lazy bums won't take the time to change their system. Now trying to move the script to Jewel Osco. So long suckers. read more

Received horrible customer service at the photolab department on June 15, 2025 at around 3:00 pm. I was with my mother at the kiosk to select photographs to be printed. Every time we would ask a question about how to use the kiosk the employees were very rude. We applied the ALLSUMMER50 coupon on the kiosk and the coupon didn't work. The employees didn't want to apply the coupon at first but finally did after they realized their mistake. We had printed a total of 11 photos. A couple of the photos didn't print very good. Since when are prescriptions delivered with DoorDash? I always have my prescriptions delivered from this pharmacy with no issues. Suddenly I get a text telling me my dasher was on the way with my prescription. The dasher then calls me but I can't understand what they are saying and he hangs up and never brings my prescription. I don't understand what is going on here but it seems like a mess. I now have to make a trip to the pharmacy to get this prescription. read more

If I could give a zero star I would. We just purchased a gift card from this location and the back of the card was open but pushed together so it appeared closed. When we went to open it not even 1 minute later the code was all scratched off so we couldn't even use it. We walked right back in and that's not there problem and no one there can help us. read more

Dirty. Understaffed. Employees move at a snails pace - likely because they are understaffed so it might be unfair to blame them. Regardless, it is typical to see lines of angry customers at the pharmacy and in the pharmacy drive through. Many who have waited for 45+ minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Today when I left without purchasing my over the counter product because nobody would help me I saw an employee while walking out and I asked her "is this the worst Walgreens in the state of Illinois?" And she replied "no, I think there are a couple others that are worse!" I said "can we agree on top 5?!" And she said "yes!" Funny exchange. But frustrating store. read more

Regarding the drive thru pharmacy line...it usually takes 20 minutes to get ur prescription

I went to the photo department last night to have 4 pictures printed. Went to the desk 30 minutes later when they were supposed to be ready and the lady was very unapologetic when telling me the machine got jammed or something and they probably wouldn't be ready until today. When I called to check to see if they were ready today I kept getting transferred back and forth to and from the photo department to the front and back again. They are not answering their phone. My eye doctor called in a prescription for antibiotic eye drops following surgery. A week later my prescription was still "pending". By that time I had already dealt with the situation and got my prescription filled elsewhere. read more

I love the pharmacy at this Walgreens. They are great! I have never had to wait for my prescriptions, never had a problem with my prescriptions, and have never had any issue when it comes to the pricing on my prescriptions. The pharmacists do their jobs incredibly well and they are very nice people. I believe that Victor? Is the pharmacist that I like, as well as a blonde woman who wears glasses. They are very good at their jobs and they both are super sweet. Every time I call the pharmacy and ask questions Victor always answers and is always so nice and willing to answer any questions. I am truly grateful for this pharmacy. The only reason why I'm giving this Walgreens four stars instead of five is because there was a teenage girl who worked in the store itself. She was very rude and had the teenage attitude. I do not know if she is still there but if she is, just be weary of her. Other than that though, walgreens pharmacy, thank you for making my pick up of prescriptions easy and fast. read more

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to! They need to either get new management or just close this place altogether. Every time I need my presecriptions it takes almost 45 minutes to get service from behind the counter. They are painfully slow and clearly have no idea what they are doing. I've been here numerous times and each time they don't have my daughyer's insurance on file but yet the old Walgreens we went through never had an issue. My wife had a terrible experience tonite at this Walgreens! I hurt my back really bad today and had too go too the ER. They gave me some pain killers and some muscle relaxers. We went too Walgreens too get the RX filled. My wife went in too drop off the RX ! She was skipped in line Three times. Finally the girl named Bianca took the papers , my wife told her we would be back in an hour. I was in a lot of pain. When we returned they pharmacists said the girl put them in too be filled in the morning . When she spoke too the girl and the manager they both laughed at her. She came out and got me. In excruciating pain I had too go in and wait another hour. We have been going there for twelve years and never experienced anything like this. I have never seen this manager rocky before. read more

So this Walgreens has always been our go to because of location. Now they are my go to because their pharmacy staff is amazing!! I needed a prescription for my daughter and all Walgreens systems were down. Instead of giving up and sending me elsewhere with no concern for the inconvenience of toting around an infant and a 4 year old they pushed things through and kept trying until it worked and filled it ASAP. While waiting I watched them apologize to customer after customer with sincerity and offer alternatives to the best of their ability. When one customer was leaving for vacation the next morning they did everything they could to give them a solution to get them by while out of town. Truly grace under pressure! read more

Horrible pharmacy! Lost 1 of my 2 prescriptions last time. Time before didn't have enough meds to fill my script after waiting 2 day so I had to go to a different Walgreens several miles away they said they would call it over right away so it would be ready when I got there....nope they had to call this store to get the script. Literally the worst customer service at the pharmacy. So rude, the employees don't even make you feel like a valued customer. Absolutely no eye contact is even being made while they are speaking to you. Not to mention...it doesn't matter the time of day. There's the pharmacist and the tech behind the counter, they NEED more help. Regardless if it's 8am, 8pm, or any time in between the drive thru line and the line in the store is ridiculously long. I've literally waited in both lines for over 45 minutes on separate occasions. I have never experienced such awful wait times at any other walgreens location. So after giving this location several chances I know travel 15 additional minutes to a different location because I know I'll be in and out. read more

I love their pharmacy .. it is slow sometimes at certain hours but the staff is friendly . However, when I shop in the store and check out up front , there is a cashier who is always unpleasant . She never even smiles. I try to avoid shopping here for anything due to that reason . They should have cashiers who are friendly to all customers . read more

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy! I dropped off a prescription and they did not have it in stock so they needed to order it which would take 3 days to receive. Thats fine BUT what isnt fine is when I returned to pick it up they stated it was on backorder. NO ONE called me to tell me so then they proceeded to say that they would call other Walgreens in the area and that the Pharmacy manager would call me to tell me what he found out. NEVER CALLED ME!! So I sit here still waiting for a call to find out about my prescription that now I have been waiting for over a week for! Terrible service! Switching to CVS, Walmart or Target for better service!
