I called several times, and they hung up on me. They were insulting and unfriendly people. I asked questions about manufacturers, and they kept a secret from all that; they were changing my medicine without letting me know. Normally a good experience. I just had the worst! Picked up 3 prescriptions the other day 2 were fine but a third one was miss labled as a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION and also only partially filled recieved 80 of 180! I went in today and ask for the pharmacist. Told her of a SERIOUS mistake that could have been made had I not known what the prescription looked like and also never recieved the actual amount due. Rather than apologize, she wanted to basically call me a liar by saying I had gotten the total and showed me a picture of what I was to get and again tell me I did get it! I DID NOT. BTW the fact the bottle showed the WRONG prescription that was inside was totally avoided by her! This could have been serious if the same happened to another and was given the wrong prescription. I am now awaiting a phone call as she looks at cameras to see what happened. She should have done that while I was there rather than insinuating I was lying! And trying to prove me wrong! I really had hoped it would have been handled professionally and admitted they made a mistake and apologize but that was not to be. I have used CVS for years now but this one only recently since the one I had used was closed. Never had an experience like this and hope not to in the future. read more

This may be the worst pharmacy ever, but for sure it is the worst in Kane county. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. However, if you're inclined to be treated as if being a customer is something you owe them, then this is the store for you! My best advise is to contact Osco on Larkin, literally night and day in customer service. My guess is they don't pay them well at CVS and we get service that reflects that unfortunately. read more

There is something wrong with this pharmacy. No joke, I have had to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to an hour a few times, and I think that's really excessive. When I've tried going inside, it's not much better. They're just really slow. With that being said, I've had multiple occasions now where I will get a notification that my prescription is ready, then I wait for that long time, and then they tell me my prescription is actually out of stock and I can't pick it up. This seems like a problem, and it's definitely frustrating! read more

This has to be one of the better CVSs in the area. Very clean and modern looking inside. The nurses in the clinic are very friendly and helpful. I just wish this location was closer to our home. read more

Absolutely horrible pharmacy staff. The manager was crude enough to make jokes about my phone being broken and me not being able to schedule a COVID appointment. The rest were lazy slow and crude. It was an unpleasant experience I suggest they all be fired. It was truly an unpleasant experience when all I needed was help. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Had me wait 15 mins to tell me pharmacist was out and will not return in another 15 mins. Waste of my time. Then went to pick it up a few days later and they put it back on the shelf and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked if they could fill it today and they said no. I asked why and they said "maintenance." I asked what does that mean and she just said maintenance!! What?? Sorry. Will be moving all my business to somewhere else. read more

Came here with my 13 year old daughter who had a fever and severe ear pain. Wait was 22 min. An hour later we were still sitting there and the same person was still in there. What could possibly take that long in a minute clinic???!!! They closed and we weren't able to be seen. I dragged my poor daughter out of bed and made her sit in the waiting room for nothing. Waited with my three kids for over 1.5 hours at night (this ran into their bedtime, who would think it would be a 1.5 hour wait for a vaccine for a four-year-old) for a Covid shot. Staff was friendly, but waiting for that long and it's not an ER with people dying in the back is horrendous. read more

Don't go to the minute clinic. They have terrible Nurse Practitioner at this location. The lady didn't even know what she was doing. I don't understand how she qualified for the job. First of all the charge way too much. It's less expensive to go to an immediate care center where they have lots of staff and equipment. Cvs really shouldn't be able to practice this. Should be shut down. They just take your money and don't provide service. What a rip off. Still ended going up to an immediate care center. Don't waste your money trying to go here first. read more

Came in for my minuteclinic appointment 5 minutes early. I checked in with 3 minutes to spare. They called someone else in as I was checking in and pushed me back a half an hour. They state that my appointment can be cancelled if I late but I wasn't late. I made an appointment and kept it and yet they punished me for it. They should not have the right to skip over me when I'm on time. I have been coming here for years... I will find someplace else now. Never again. read more

Stay away the nurse Practitioner at this location is bad news I doubt if qualified unless it was with box tops.Took my mom who is 86 there,very bad cold her Doctor always give a max pac so it goes no further he is out of town so we went here.She is a pettifogging idiot oh no max pack unless you have pneumonia.You get a max pack to prevent pneumonia idiot.I called their main office they said they would have her call us.The phone rang about 5:30 My mom answered she hung up.STAY AWAY RIP ODD unqualified people who do not care and are rude.No follow up read more

I called this pharmacy because my mom, who had just arrived from out of town had forgotten the tube and mouthpiece for her nebulizer. The person who helped me did not hesitate to tell me I'd have to wait for the morning and call a medical supply office. I got the feeling that it was a bother for them to deal with my problem. I chose to call CVS because they are my pharmacy. My mother has COPD so waiting till morning was not a good option. I ended up calling a Walgreens and they went above and beyond helping me find what my mother needed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere whenever possible! read more

The staff here is great. Much better than the old staff from a couple of years ago. Both of the pharmacists are very kind and knowledgeable and professional. The assistants are so helpful and friendly. They all know me and my family by our names. read more
