    Pepperoni Pizza

PEPPERONI PIZZA I grabbed a whole pepperoni pizza during a casual Costco grocery run and could not believe how good it was. It genuinely rivals actual pizza restaurants. The crust had that beautiful contrast, crispy and slightly blistered on the outside while still keeping a soft, chewy center that made each bite feel substantial. It wasn't overly doughy or dense, just that perfect pizza-parlor texture you don't expect to find in a warehouse store. The cheese was generously layered, fully melted, and had that satisfying pull without turning oily or heavy. It complemented the sauce perfectly, which had a nice tang and just the right amount of seasoning to keep things flavorful without overpowering anything. The pepperoni really stole the show, thin BUT high quality, with those curled, crispy edges and a subtle char that added a smoky richness. Every slice had enough pepperoni to feel indulgent but not overwhelming, and the balance of meat, cheese, and crust was honestly spot-on. What shocked me most was how cohesive the whole pizza was. Nothing tasted frozen or mass-produced; it tasted like something you'd grab from a neighborhood pizza spot after craving something comforting. For the price and the size, it's an unbeatable value and such a satisfying surprise. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever had.

This review is based on the Xiao Long Bao Soup Dumplings I got from Costco. Definitely a 4/5 must get!!!! Not sure how many is in the bag but supposedly it serves 12-13 people. I'm thinking maybe 50? The flavor is definitely there. The outer layer and meat texture is amazing. My only complaint is that while in the process of cooking it (steamer), the bottom do rip so unfortunately the soup spills out. But when it doesn't, the burst of that soup , oh man, restaurant quality. Highly recommend making your own sauce. Soy sauce and sliced up ginger. A dash of sesame oil. You'll thank me later !

The place was mobbed today every single parking space was filled for several minutes driving around and around looking to park! Once inside it was like manuvering thru Disney Park! But lots of choices and lots of items different from BJ,s! Best to go thru SELF CHECK OUT IF YOUR SMART! Pace yourself and enjoy the experience! Not sure how to improve the check out but they need more staff to keep the lines short

I finally made it to Costco and the hype around their $1.50 hot dogs is real! The line was long, but the self-checkout was a lifesaver. I saw a lot of people ordering what looked like soft serve ice cream and I have to come back for it. The dog wasn't bad.. especially for a buck fifty!

Total gridlock trying to get in/out of this place. Nightmare

Parking gridlock is the biggest issue here. This Costco is a nightmare trying to get in/out of. Too many crowded, lack of parking, and entrances/exits are stand still gridlock. No visible exit signs (that we could find). There should be a team of people directing traffic. Won't come here again.

My first time ever shopping at a Costco and I was disappointed. My friends been raving about them for years and because I shop at BJs she's been trying to get me here forever. Today I finally went and let's just say it will most likely be my last visit. The customer service was poor in quality and I'm specifically speaking in regards to Cynthia with the glasses at Customer Service. The prices are high and low. The variety is amazing and you can definitely tell you're not in Boston. High Asian population and it's shows in the food selection. The checkout was okay but it's not until I'm paying that I'm told they do not accept Mastercard unless it's DEBIT. I use my various credit cards for points and cash back. It would have been good to know this before shopping here. Or have it displayed at the counter for newer shoppers like me. The service at the checkout was bland and rushed. I understand they're trying to get lines down all day, so you don't have to make small talk but please handle food better especially at the prices they are. My friend had a conversation with the store management in regards to another employee George who she had an unfavorable experience with. They spent quite some time talking and I can only say my friend seem appeased after the conversation.

    Original muffins from Costco

I went there the other day and I looked in the bakery and they changed their 6 pack muffins to 8 pack muffins I'm not happy about this I want the original ones back. My favorite flavors are the corn blueberry and double chocolate.

Costco is always reliable. They have a copious amount of everything you could ever need. In the summer they have great outdoor plants, they have tech, food, equipment, clothes, and much more. Whenever I have a party or gathering Costco always comes through. They also have hot food: pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. And their gas is is super cheap! Overall, get a Costco membership if you like to buy in bulk!

I'm proposing that HUGE space of land to their corporate, then even more retailers on "The Legacy"!) Anyway, the real store.

Now, I love my local stations in Westwood, but sometimes (or very frequently) are they WAYYYY overpriced. I do visit them often if I'm headed that way, but other times, this is the closest place where I can save BIG time. Now, I'm definitely exaggerating the other gas stations.... it's really not the Westwood stations are overpriced, but with Stop&Shop Gas Points, Shell becomes the cheapest option every time. This is closest Shell station to my house, and sits on Pleasant Street in Norwood. It's gotten marginally busier ever since the Mobil closed up shop on Nahatan Street, but still is barely ever busy. It actually is located in what I consider the middle of nowhere. It's not visible from the main streets and would do much better if located on Nahatan instead. Then again, lucky for me, it's like my own gas station almost every time. The employees are always friendly, kind and helpful, and they even provide full serve here! Yes, you can do self if you like, but if you use the far two pumps, those are full serve. Very infrequent to find cheap full serve gas stations around these days..... I wish any of the towns around would add a new "Full Serve Law" like in many other places have out west. Overall, I really like this gas station and try to use my Stop&Shop points here the most.... they are much better than the "average" Shell station in Walpole. 5 stars for this Shell!

I have both BJ's and Costco's memberships and let me say that they are worlds apart, even though…read morethe Dedham locations are about 1/2 mile from one another. The Dedham Costco is generally well-stocked with professional, approachable, easy-to-find staff and ample checkout registers with cashiers, so lines move quickly. BJ's is a whole other creature--at least that location is. BJ's tends to have a wider variety of inventory items. For instance, Costco might only carry Charmin and their Kirkland brand toilet paper, while BJ's will have 3-4 brands in addition to their generic version. Costco has great deals on a limited number of higher end gift cards. BJ's gift card selection is comparable to what you would find in Walmart or CVS (quite large), with often reasonable discounts off the face value of the card (except those where you can set a range for the card). BJ's also has 25% off greeting cards all year round, although that section is shrinking. BJs also has Express Checkout, by which you can use your phone to scan your cart items and pay via the app (if and when the in-store wifi is working, though it has gotten better in the past few months). That is where the good ends. The staff are hard to find and of mixed levels of approachability. BJ's seems to almost want you to use self-checkout, which is annoying because usually the reason I go there is to get gift cards, which you can't pay for via self-checkout. At best there may be four registers open with extremely long lines. Even the register configuration seems ill-thought from another era: instead of the conveyer pushing the items to the glass for scanning and then onto an area for carting, the conveyor stops and then the cashier has to scan the items and load them into a cart because there is nowhere else to put them. There is almost always someone with a card/payment issue--and not always behaving with the requisite humility to be expected when you might be in the wrong. I remember once once guy was upset because he couldn't use someone else's card and he flipped out and bounced his phone off the cases of beer he was trying to buy, almost hitting the supervisor in the face. This was after he was trying to work out with the cashier who was playing on her own phone how he would pay without a membership. The experience is a comedy of errors I repeat maybe once a month because I go there for very specific things. The quality and variety of fresh produce is far below that of Costco, though their bakery section is larger and more varied. Do I think the membership is worth it? Sure. Do I like going? Not really. The locations in Quincy and Waltham are cleaner, better organized and better staffed with much less drama, but they are farther out of the way for me. So in all, I wouldn't not go here. Just don't expect a pleasant experience.
