I called for a quote on some tires and no one answered the phone. I figured I would try back later. Not 5 minutes later I got a call from them. They apologized for not answering the phone and wanted to call me back. I don't know any other company that would do that just from a number on a caller ID. I recommend these guys 100%. I got there right at 8:00am when they opened. I told them what I wanted and the work was done and I was on my way before 9:00am. Very friendly guys and was obvious that they knew what they were doing. When he got the tires off the front, he asked me if I had a shake in my front end where the steering wheel shook. I said yes how did you know. He pointed out that one of the tires had shifted a steel belt and it created a bump in the tire. This bump was causing the shake. The total for 4 good tires plus the mounting and balancing and disposal of the old tires was $277.00. When I left the shaking was gone and the van drove great. Thanks guys for a job well done.

After you scanned it, I was called and given an option to have spark plugs replaced with info that it may be a Honda recall. I was still charged the $190. Even Honda was horrified and will follow up with you. Sad since I have been a multi year loyal customer despite a previous faulty rear brake job that had to be redone twice. I will be moving on to BBB next.

I was…read moreafraid of being taken advantage of because I was from out of town and had to be able to drive home, all the way to Arkansas. After researching tire shops in the area I called Monro. Bill said he didn't have the tire I needed but to come down and he would see if he could help. I did, and he had a solution, although not perfect. I knew when he suggested others (competition) in the area that might be able to help me better, that he really cared about my well-being and was not trying to take advantage. They got in me right away and changed my tire. As we waited we noticed they had several repeat customers, and I wasn't surprised. They really helped make a bad situation so much better. I was able to continue on with the rest of my trip without worry. Then, after I had driven about five hours down the road, Bill called and asked me if I left a bag with some valuables. I did and my heart dropped. Bill locked it up for me that night. The next day I talked with the manager, Andrew. He said he would mail me my bag. He texted me a copy of the tracking number so I would have peace of mind while waiting on it to come. I cannot express how much this meant to me. They had already gone above and beyond, and then went even further. I wish I lived in the Brockton area so I could be a repeat customer. My fears of being taken advantage of were not only dissolved, but they went out of their way to help me, make sure I made it home safely, AND that my valuables made it to Arkansas. Awful experience -- damaged my rims and refused to make it right…read more I brought my vehicle here for a tire change and left with significant scratches/damage to both of my rims. This was not damage that was there when I brought the vehicle in. I contacted them immediately to address the issue. They sent an adjuster out to inspect the damage, and I was given a quote for the repairs. Afterward, they tried to backtrack and claim that the adjuster had never actually provided me with that amount, despite that being the information I was given. In the end, they only sent me $260, which I know will not come close to covering the actual cost of repairing the damage they caused. What is most disappointing is not just the damage, but how the situation was handled afterward. If you damage someone's vehicle while providing a service, you should take responsibility and make it right -- not try to minimize the cost and leave the customer to pay the difference. I would strongly recommend taking pictures of your rims before and after any service here and carefully inspecting your vehicle before leaving. I personally will not be returning.

Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

I believe the work done was good. I am hugely disappointed however, that although I told Robin I wanted to spend as little as possible because I had had another expensive fix a few weeks before, she never asked if I had a coupon. (There was a coupon on their website for $50 off anything over $750). I did have the coupon, already printed off, but being distracted by our conversation about her dog, I forgot to hand it to her. I was told over the phone what the issue was with my car and authorized the fix over the phone. So I was not present when the bill was written up. When I picked my car up just before they closed (early because it was a Friday and they had nothing else to do) I was again distracted with conversation with Robin (she is a talker, which was also something I had liked from previous visits) I didn't realize until I got home that the coupon was still in my bag. I called the next morning and got a customer service rep at Meineke. I explained the situation and she said it would be no problem. She would contact them on Monday and they would honor the coupon and credit my card. When the credit was not made to my card, I followed up with Robin. I explained my conversation with the Meineke rep and was met with a very rude, reactive response. "You didn't give it to me when I wrote up the invoice! We have signs all over the office that day you have to present the coupon when I write up the invoice! I can take a picture of them and show you!" "I wouldn't even know how to give you back money" (you run a business and don't know how to process a refund? I highly doubt that!) " I would have to delete the whole thing and start over and I'm not doing that! I can show you the signs that say you have to present it when the invoice is being written up!" Clearly to her, not refunding me $50 (off an almost $1000 bill) was worth losing a customer. Needless to say, I won't go back there.
