When they realized their mistake and said they would honor the lower price. (Which by law is required) However, they immediately found a "problem," that would make up the difference of what they originally wanted to sell it as. Trying to pass the cost onto us. I used to buy my parts from this junkyard, but unfortunately, today was my last time using their…read moreservices. Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst car-buying experience I've…read moreever had. I bought a truck from them and had to bring it back FOUR TIMES for problems. The transmission makes a loud bang when downshifting. When I brought it back, they had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong and to keep driving it until the noise gets louder because they "couldn't hear it." Absolutely ridiculous. Shockingly, the problem is still not fixed and the noise is still there. The owner told me, "I'm not trying to screw anyone--if you ever have a problem, bring it back and we'll take care of it." That turned out to be a lie. Less than a week later, the throttle position sensor failed, and suddenly they wanted $396 to fix it because it was ONE WEEK past their 30-day warranty. I was forced to buy the part myself and installed it for under $100. They dodge responsibility, downplay serious mechanical issues, and hide behind technicalities instead of standing behind what they sell. This place does not care about customers. Stay far away.
