THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I called the tire shop to see if they had my tire in stock. they told me that they had the tire in stock after getting there i waited 1 and half hours for the person to change 1 tire on my bmw. Not only was the wait the problem. The person changing my tire seemed to be under the influence of alcohol! his speech was slurred and after demanding that I get my tire fixed or I was to leave they over charged me for the tire they over charged me for the tire and made me pay 85 dollars for the tire! They are not like they used to be before. They allow all types of sketchy activity on their property! STAY AWAY! read more

I had my car towed here by AAA(called ahead) and needed a replacement tire. There was a group of men in the lot blasting music and drinking beer. One of these men got into my car to pull it up but did not work there. He was a friend of the manager who initially lied as said he worked there but this was not true. Because I complained about a non employee driving my vehicle, the manager denied me services. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. I tried calling the owner(Raymond) or Isabella but could never get either person. Be aware of who you deal with. I had a difficult flat repair because Tesla tire has a foam liner to reduce noise. They had to cut away foam at puncture, add a patch, and glue back foam. Cost was $35 and I gave to two guys doing most of work $5 each. Don't expect service bays as clean as Mercedes, but they do a good job at a fair price and I'd use them again. read more

Need tires, used or new, this is the place to go. I have gone to several around the city & this is by far the best place to go. They are organized which is crucial since they are pretty busy no matter when you go. They are able to get things checked out & repaired or replaced in less time than you thought possible. They are mostly Spanish speaking folks but are really friendly & helpful. The one thing to remember is to get your tires aligned afterwards, not just balanced, it is imperative so you don't mess things up in your car. read more

After a thorough look at the inventory they finally found it, a very hard to find almost new 235 40R 18 for 80 bucks installed and the spare nicely tucked back in place. Came here on a Friday night because I had gotten a nail in my tire and was driving on a spare. First of all, thank goodness they're open so late! It was maybe 8:15 pm. Secondly, they were actually pretty busy but I was impressed with how fast they helped me. They gave me a choice of used or new tire and I went with new because it was pretty inexpensive ($80) for my Subaru. All in all took maybe 30 min and I was good to go. Everyone was very friendly. Their tires are cheap, no name knock offs. I bought 2 "new" tires for $80 each. I thought I was getting a decent deal. But they went bald within a few months! Go to a well-known tire shop. Who could possibly be posting bad reviews about this place because in the many years I have dealt with them they have been GREAT! My mother blew her tire out in Acton and doesn't have alot of money for emergencies like this and absolutely no 'hood tire shops where you can buy used up there so I immediately went to Raymonds. A lightly used one would have been just $30 but they were out of a 13 so they offered me a brand new one for $60. STILL the best deal around. I took the new one and they are always so sweet when I go there. Have gotten my tires there i the past and intend on getting four new ones for my taurus soon before the snow starts again! I was just around the corner from making it home Monday evening. I saw what looked like a branch from a Christmas tree but to soon learn it was a branch from an artificial tree in the middle of the street. I drove over it and it punctured my back tire... damn!! I drove around the corner to Raymond's because it was the closest tire shop in my neighborhood. The wait was long, two and a half hours, I patiently waited because now I'm at their will. I intended on replacing the one bad tire although I knew I was in need of truly replacing all four , so I did ; wasn't what I wanted to do but it's New England and SNOW was in the forecast for the morning and evening commute so despite Christmas being in a week I bit the bullet. $500+ later the gentleman gave me back my lug nut key but it wasn't mine . I told him this was not mine and I guess me being a women he thought I wouldn't know the difference BUT.. I do know a lil something about something but mostly I know when something ain't mine. I'm pissed, displeased and $500 less in my pocket at Christmas and left with a damn key that ain't mine. Maybe in a crunch Raymond's is convenient but not efficient. The good news is they stay open late. Bad news is they suck. I wasn't feeling the 30 minute wait, wasn't feeling the fact that they tried not to put back on the valve caps to my tires. Not the generic black ones either the ones that go with my car they are the metal ones so I noticed before I even pulled off. Not sure why but the guy tried to bring me back the black ones and got an attitude when I asked for the ones that go to my car. Anywho, hated it. They installed the wheel adpaters on my van but torqued them on so tight they broke studs. I had to replace studs on my hubs and adapters. I discovered it while driving. My left front wheels started making a funny noise. Investigation revealed the broken studs. Not good. Quite a bit of hassle, not to mention additional expense to correct. read more
