10 days after renewal My luck ran out on the open road; that's the only way to describe what happened to these tires. If it had happened a month later, I would have accepted it. read more

Raymond's Tire Shop - Tires Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I called the tire shop to see if they had my tire in stock. they told me that they had the tire in stock after getting there i waited 1 and half hours for the person to change 1 tire on my bmw. Not only was the wait the problem. The person changing my tire seemed to be under the influence of alcohol! his speech was slurred and after demanding that I get my tire fixed or I was to leave they over charged me for the tire they over charged me for the tire and made me pay 85 dollars for the tire! They are not like they used to be before. They allow all types of sketchy activity on their property! STAY AWAY! read more

Went to here after my tire inexplicably went flat overnight. They checked all four, and I apparently had a small nail in the one that went flat. Patched it for me and I was good to go, super cheap too. read more

I had my car towed here by AAA(called ahead) and needed a replacement tire. There was a group of men in the lot blasting music and drinking beer. One of these men got into my car to pull it up but did not work there. He was a friend of the manager who initially lied as said he worked there but this was not true. Because I complained about a non employee driving my vehicle, the manager denied me services. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. I tried calling the owner(Raymond) or Isabella but could never get either person. Be aware of who you deal with. I have pictures of the man who drove my car and the manager who was so camera ready. read more

I had a difficult flat repair because Tesla tire has a foam liner to reduce noise. They had to cut away foam at puncture, add a patch, and glue back foam. Cost was $35 and I gave to two guys doing most of work $5 each. Don't expect service bays as clean as Mercedes, but they do a good job at a fair price and I'd use them again. read more

These guys are pros, quick, knowledgeable, courteous and cost effective. Never trying to upsell you either in and out in a hurry. read more

I when in to get my donut tire remove at my flat flex and they charged me for a used tire. They also was not clear on what was going on throughout the hold process. they took advantage of me not knowing the process and over charged me. read more

Complete chaos! This is the worst place to go get a tire repaired. I was quoted one price then when I went to pay! It was a different price. They only want cash! Wonder why? Usually hiding what they are actually making from the IRS! I am all for supporting businesses in the community! But why do we have to settle for substandard service! The man who changed the tire was aggravating me! I took it to a tire shop! They should have the proper equipment. He kept asking for some tool! I had no idea what he was asking for! Was my daughter's car! Can we please start to do better for one another. read more

Need tires, used or new, this is the place to go. I have gone to several around the city & this is by far the best place to go. They are organized which is crucial since they are pretty busy no matter when you go. They are able to get things checked out & repaired or replaced in less time than you thought possible. They are mostly Spanish speaking folks but are really friendly & helpful. The one thing to remember is to get your tires aligned afterwards, not just balanced, it is imperative so you don't mess things up in your car. read more

Had a screw in my tire last Sunday. Had to drive back to Ohio. AAA guy said to go to Raymond's. Very impressed with the service and price. Quite an operation! read more

Highly recommend this business! Each and every time I've gone here, I've been more than satisfied. Great tire shop!

Called ahead of time to ensure the tire in which I needed was available at Raymond's..as it was. Upon arrival, I waited... while the gentleman who said he would assist me stood in the office "talking," while I tried to remain patient...all I needed was a used tire, no installation..JUST a tire thrown in my trunk!!! Make sure your in no rush prior to coming here..as you will wait!!! **Despite all of this: I would return due to the availability of a tire upon short notice, and the prices are quite reasonable. read more

I was going to buy a whole new tire but a tire salesperson suggested this place. They were great. They patched and reattached my tire in about 20 - 25 minutes and I only had to get out of my car to pay. I would definitely go there again before buying a new tire. read more

The first place that didn't try to hustle me into using a different tire size when they couldn't find the right tire for my car. After a thorough look at the inventory they finally found it, a very hard to find almost new 235 40R 18 for 80 bucks installed and the spare nicely tucked back in place. Their prices for new tires is a bit much. Overall good service read more

Came for a tire patch (due to a nail). Town fair tire told me they couldn't repair it, and tried to sell me a whole new set of tires, but Raymond's Tire Shop did it for $20. I was in and out within an hour. I'll be going back here when it's time to replace my tires in a year or so! read more

Came here on a Friday night because I had gotten a nail in my tire and was driving on a spare. First of all, thank goodness they're open so late! It was maybe 8:15 pm. Secondly, they were actually pretty busy but I was impressed with how fast they helped me. They gave me a choice of used or new tire and I went with new because it was pretty inexpensive ($80) for my Subaru. All in all took maybe 30 min and I was good to go. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend them for any tire needs read more

Shop open late for quick tire repair and it is in a convenient location guys are friendly my tire was flat almost brand new the attendant explained he would patch it from the inside because the tire was new cost me $35 I thought that was high but I was happy to pay it to get back on the road would recommend read more

I recommend this place. These guys were great. They didn't over charge me. They had just want I needed for a tire. And I really liked that there was a young dude directing traffic in the parking lot. It made much less annoying than other tire places I've been. read more

Great place and super cheap! They have new tire options as well as used. I bought a used Goodyear Tire for $50 instillation was included. I was in and out in 20min tops! Most workers didnt speak great english, but they were great at helping me. Great service great experience! read more

Their tires are cheap, no name knock offs. I bought 2 "new" tires for $80 each. I thought I was getting a decent deal. But they went bald within a few months! Go to a well-known tire shop. I'll be buying from Michelin, Firestone, or Goodyear from now on. I'd rather spend a little more on tires that will actually last. read more

Fixed 2 tires for a nice price, havnt had pressure problems ever since. Very quick and efficient workers

I went all the way there because my bf recommended them. They didn't know how much a tire was. Then another guy told me $50. For a USED TIRE??!! No thank you! Then he said, "Well how much do you have?" I was like, "Y'all are crazy! I've never paid more than $30 and I know people who got them for $20!" So I left and went up the street to Blue Hill Tire and got one for $10! read more

Came in on a Wednesday morning to put 4 new wheels on my TSX and they did it swiftly and accordingly. Will definitely recommend this place!

The good news is they stay open late. Bad news is they suck. I wasn't feeling the 30 minute wait, wasn't feeling the fact that they tried not to put back on the valve caps to my tires. Not the generic black ones either the ones that go with my car they are the metal ones so I noticed before I even pulled off. Not sure why but the guy tried to bring me back the black ones and got an attitude when I asked for the ones that go to my car. Anywho, hated it. I don't speak much Spanish but I'm pretty sure they were telling me to f!&$ off lol but that's ok there are 80 different tire shops on blue hill I just gotta stick to one of those. read more

They installed the wheel adpaters on my van but torqued them on so tight they broke studs. I had to replace studs on my hubs and adapters. I discovered it while driving. My left front wheels started making a funny noise. Investigation revealed the broken studs. Not good. Quite a bit of hassle, not to mention additional expense to correct. read more

Who could possibly be posting bad reviews about this place because in the many years I have dealt with them they have been GREAT! My mother blew her tire out in Acton and doesn't have alot of money for emergencies like this and absolutely no 'hood tire shops where you can buy used up there so I immediately went to Raymonds. A lightly used one would have been just $30 but they were out of a 13 so they offered me a brand new one for $60. STILL the best deal around. I took the new one and they are always so sweet when I go there. Have gotten my tires there i the past and intend on getting four new ones for my taurus soon before the snow starts again! Great guys, fast, polite and wicked reasonable prices on good tires, new and used! See you guys soon! :) read more

They charged me $20 to fix a flat. I had a couple of coworkers recommend this place to me, that's why I went. They were charged $10 for fixing their flats. Not sure what the $20 was about. No rotation, no help with checking the other tires. Just the tire. $20. read more
