I love coming here. The employees appear happy to be there, and it sure beats going to Wal Mart. They have some nice 3 and 5 liter bottles of wine. CJ is always a big help, as well. read more

Costco, you are the best. I love you. I literally went for the first time this weekend and got a membership. I spent about what I spend at walmart or grocery store but this time my fridge was PACKED and I got everything I needed. I will forever be a loyal customer. The customer service is great, the samples are awesome, the prices and quantities are fantastic too. I'm definitely going to be upgrading to the executive membership here in a couple of months. You have my heart forever. read more

I would say that Costco is a necessary evil. This store is as clean and nice as any Costco I have been in, and it has about the same selection of stuff that you can find in any other store. Having been in Rockwall for 14 years, it was nice when it came to town, but the only downside is that it's tough to walk into Costco and come out spending less than 100 bucks or more. Overall, I enjoy going in there and blowing an hour or more just walking around looking at a bunch of stuff I don't really need. LOL. I probably would rate Sam's club a bit higher than Costco having been members of both, but our Costco provides me with just about everything I need, and has been satisfactory to date. read more

Love this Costco! Employees are friendly and willing to help out! Had a guy get water and charcoal for me because I couldn't lift it. The managers just seem to stand around and not do anything though. I asked one for some help and he made me wait while he called another employee over to help. Thought that was bogus. All in all though, great place :) also wanted to add that the food court is the best! Super cheap and delicious! read more

Costco is a good place to shop. The store is always clean, the staff is helpful. Customer service is fantastic. My only complaint is the "free samples", particularly on weekends. They set up stations to hand out samples of products, which often congests the flow and makes it difficult to navigate the store. Some people seem to lose their minds over free samples, they will block you, not get out of the way or move. One other point, why do they make you show a card to go in the store? You cannot check out without a card, and they will not let you out of the store with any merchandise without going through their "loss prevention" at the exit. It is annoying to have to stop and pull out a card out of your wallet/purse just to get in, often congesting things at the entrance. This is not unique to Costco, Sam's does the same thing. It makes you feel like they just don't trust you. read more

Amazing quality for amazing prices. And, with an executive membership, you get a percentage of what you spend back! I always stop at the food court when I'm hungry and broke because I can eat for under $3. Definitely worth the cost of membership. read more

I was surprised at how fast the lines move at the checkout. Sam's does not compare. I found that they offer more incentives and perks for being members there versus Sam's. I just wish there was one closer to me here in Garland Texas. read more

I have always been impressed with their service. I lost a card I bought from Costco and they are refunding my money so I can re buy the product. Costco goes above and beyond. read more

The Costco pharmacy is the worst. Takes entirely to long to get your prescription filled. I do not recommend using them for your medications read more

Let's face it, rich white people need way more supervision at this place during peak times on Saturday. The parking lot is a death trap and the customers DO NOT PAY ATTENTION when they shop. Honestly, you aren't the only people in the store. Look up from your phones and whip your kids's asses now and then. Also, don't be the shmuck that looks at his receipt halfway to the door and blocks other people. Don't chat up the receipt nazis either. Move along and get out. read more

Food court review: The food is good, but the service is among the worst I've ever experienced. I picked up two pizzas to take home on a Friday and called ahead to avoid a long wait; I was told it would be ready in 25 mins. My drive there took 15 mins, looked around the store for about 10 mins, and then proceeded to wait 45 mins more after I paid. I really believed it wouldn't be too long when I paid but as time went on and on I realized my pizzas weren't even started until I walked up to the counter. Other customers who arrived after me to order in person got their orders first! I walked up twice to find out what was happening at the 20 and 40 min mark and told both times it wouldn't be much longer. On the third time I went up to demand a refund, they then pulled my order from the storage location above the display. I'd then realized I'd been waiting needlessly for some of my wait time as they'd forgotten about me. I will not ever go there again, but advise others to allow an hour after placing an order over the phone (if purchasing a take home order) or risk wasting vast amounts of your time. read more

I went to Costco to get a flu shot this morning and found a long line at the pharmacy pick up area. I tried to ask one of the attendants if I would be able to get a flu shot today before I stood in the long line but was completely ignored. The female cashier who came to help was actually fussing at the young guy behind the counter saying "if we get audited we won't get paid" very unprofessional. Neither of them ever acknowledged me. Left and took my business elsewhere. I like Costco but I will not use your pharmacy. Common courtesy still goes a long way people. read more

This location is definitely worth the drive from Dallas as opposed to the Plano location. Less crowded and friendlier service than other area Costco stores will continue to draw us here. read more

One of our favorite places to shop! The staff is really nice and helpful, the prices are great and they stand behind what they sell! I would pick Costco over Sam's any Day! The selection at Costco is so much better! read more

Great place for stocking uo on houshold or business items. I slap love how they will order organic gourmet and healthy items inspite of being a big box store. I slao love the samples and the price of the food in the cafe part in front of the store. read more

Costco is the best! And the location in Rockwall is no exception. Quality merchandize at great prices! Professional and courteous employees.

I will not apologize for the one star rating, if there was a way I could give a negative rating I would. Customer service must not be something that is taught or emphasized in the employee orientation/handbook. I asked a simple question concerning their selection of coffee brands available to purchase. I was directed to speak to Cheryl since she is the Inventory Auditor. That title sounded like she would be able to help me. I soon found out that I apparently don't understand what her job actually entails. (not that I truly care) Cheryl informed me that Costco does not nor will not stock a third rate coffee that no one has ever heard about. Seriously I thought everyone in Texas has heard or knows about Community Coffee, I must have been mistaken. And Cheryl was quick to point out to me that I should shop somewhere else to find said coffee. I must point out that all this time the original store employee that I first talked to was standing right beside me. After I was told that Costco wouldn't carry a coffee that was "unknown quality", Cheryl proceeded to berate the employee for calling her away from her "normal" duties for such a ridiculous request for coffee. She actually wanted the employee to apologize to her for taking her away from real work. I felt sorry for the guy when he said he was sorry to her. Once she walked away I asked him if she was like this all the time, all the poor guy could do is nod in the affirmative. (apparently Cheryl has good hearing) I just couldn't let it end there so I went to ask for the store manager and I was introduced to a young man named Gavin. I proceeded to tell Gavin what all was said and done in his store. Gavin then called Cheryl to come verify the conversation. I couldn't believe she told the truth. But at the same time she did say she didn't appreciate me "questioning her authority" to another manager. They both informed me that I should learn more of what makes a good coffee and that Costco only buys the best for it's REAL customers. What the hell does that make me, an UN-REAL customer. And that I shouldn't tell them how to do their jobs since I obviously do not know what I am talking about. Never did I tell them how to do their jobs, but I did tell them that I have better customer service skills than the two of them put together. When asked what kind of job I have (Truck Driver) Cheryl proceeds to tell Gavin "Well what do you expect, truck drivers are uneducated and ignorant so there isn't much need to try to explain anything to them without a picture book." Cheryl will be easy to spot at the Rockwall Costco, she is the one with a look of disgust permanently on her face. Sort of like she has something foul smelling on her upper lip and she can't or won't wipe it off. And don't get me started on Gavin since he doesn't seem to be able to think for himself unless Cheryl is around to do it for him. read more

Superior content for great pricing. Dog and drink $1.52. It is a tradition. I live close. You won't find Costco in a sketchy neighborhood. Wealthy folks don't throw money down a rat hole. No reason to check prices. Can't beat the value or the people. read more

I am permanently disabled and have a blue parking tag. I was at Cosco in Rockwall, Texas and there were no handicapped places available. There was a place up close that someone pulled out of that had a handicapped tag so I parked there. I cannot walk very far. I am 70 years old. As I left an employee complained all the way to my car that it was not actually a parking spot and that I could be towed. At first, he acted like he was going to help me put the items I bought in my car. I was using a Cosco mobility cart. He said sometimes we use that spot to move our carts. The carts were a long way from the spot. He then said that my car could be damaged. It was not in a fire lane and it did not say, do not park here. If they do not want people to park there, they should put stripes or a sign that says Do Not Park here. Was I wrong? He made me feel very badly. I cannot get it out of mind. He was so rude. He did not say one nice word to me. I have shopped at Cosco many times. Bonnie H. read more
