I noticed one door blocked off and a large sign that warned "MOST of the isles are closed off for cleaning." MOST not ALL. Grabbing a small hand basket I could see the sunscreen right in front of me. About to grab it the woman employee said firmly that ALL of the isles are closed. Okay. They why are the doors open for customers. Then the male employee made a snarky comment that "Too bad I didn't make a huge sign for people to see. Yes it was very ignorant of me to think that if they were open for business that I would be allowed to buy something. Both employees were very rude. Without saying a single word I then sat the basket back down and left. That is when the two employees behind the counter began laughing loudly and calling me stupid. Here's the thing, I rarely shop at Walgreens since it's so rachet. I mean the parking spot permanently reserved for the police is a dead giveaway that the store is shitty. Now my rarely shopping at Walgreens is now a never shops at Walgreens. There are many other stores to choose from. As far a sunscreen goes a co-worker said they would share theirs with me. So not only having a dirty nasty rachet store the employees are the last thing to finally run me off for good.

Actually the go above and beyond ensuring insurance was processed correctly or following up on coverage or refills. The store over the years has changed and has too much square footage for the what is being sold these days; but they still do have a wide selections of items for everyday purposes: snacks, personal/health care, toys, etc. for convenience shoppers. Customer service for the store is average but if you understand retail this store is under-staffed for its size. So it's really hard to say customer service is lacking when you see more staff in the pharmacy than the floor of the store at any time of the day!

As the owner, David, was walking out, I asked about what time they open the next day so I can come back to pick up my meds. He asked if I was just picking up or refilling my meds, and since I was just picking it up, he was kind to offer to go back in so he could get it for me. Technically, he didn't have to do that since they were already closed. I was so happy he saved me another trip, and at the same time, I was very thankful for the above and beyond service he provided. I like this pharmacy. I get my mom's medications from here all the time and they greet me every…read moretime and are very welcoming. They know me and my mom by name and very rarely mess up anything. They fix any issues we might have quickly and work hard in collaboarting with the doctor's office and insurance. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and answer any questions we have, especially with new medications. They aren't rude or off putting and they work pretty quickly. I've left other pharmacies due to them not being caring or ready when I need them to be, but this CVS is consistently pretty good.

My monthly prescription is now delayed over a month because of how often this pharmacy fails to do its basic jobs. I even called in to let them know my order will be on its way weeks in advamnce. My doctor orders my prescription during our monthly visit, but each time it takes over a week for the pharmacy to then request their supplier to then fill up my prescription so it pushes back my refill date even further. They will lie to you constantly and say that they don't see the order, until you finally get transferred to someone who lets you know the order has been filled for days and your calling and waiting the last weeks have been some weird game they play with you. Seriously, don't go here. The staff is incredibly rude and accusatory. And they are just flat-out lazy people who will not just check if your prescription is in. They also won't let you know once its been filled or even input in the system so that you can get the automated texts. What is worse, is if you try to work with them and figure out how to get this supply chain problem resolved THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU. Every week I have been on hold for over an hour and sometimes they will just pick up and hang up on you after a few words. Do not go here. Seriously. Do not.

I just needed a few vegetables and everything was fine until checkout. I was already paying at self-checkout when I politely asked one of the staff if I could have some corn husks (just the husks--not the corn itself!) for my pets. I was already holding them, but she immediately said no. She wouldn't even entertain the request and told me they "don't give or sell those." Which those husks were already in their trash. I explained I wasn't trying to buy them. I am just asking if I could take them. Still, she refused. What's odd is that this is the first time a Walmart has ever said no to something like this. Usually, they're happy to let people take husks if they're just going to toss them anyway. Not a huge deal, but it felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Just a heads-up if you're used to friendlier service or if you're coming here for something small like I did.
