It's nice to see they take customer's concerns seriously. They also followed up to let me know actions were taken. The store is usually fully stocked except the few occasions where people were frantic and thought shelves would go empty and when storms are approaching. So that is understandable. I love the fresh poultry selections. The bakery is also always stocked. Plenty of options. Sam's doesn't seem to offer as much of. Variety as Costco, so I will have to keep my memberships for both.

And although you say you accept new and gently used items, sometimes a volunteer wants to cherry pick. Everything is always carefully packed and protected as necessary, and we're not going to unpack and repack boxes at someone's whim, and then find somewhere else for items not taken. After many years donating to a variety of nonprofit thrift shops, and sadly our favorite one shutting down, we're giving up on the Treasure Hound. We have not had similar problems with any other shop. It makes us sad because we prefer to support a group like yours that helps animals.

I had to check on my rewards because it's been the same since April. I am now being told that I have to use my BJ's MC in order to get my rewards. I have been back and forth with them for a week. I get 5% back on my MC but I pay to get 2% back using the membership card and paying cash. This is such BS when you pay $110 a year to have rewards regardless and now they only want you to charge everything. This is not good business.
