Several employees were polite, apologetic, and thanked me for my patience. My concern is with the "manager" on duty, Alexis. Although I was given a hamburger and ice cream gift card, Alexis never spoke to me directly or apologized. When I finally received our order, I asked if he could understand my frustration after waiting so long and seeing employees standing around. His only response was, "Have a nice day." The error was frustrating, but the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service from "management" was far more disappointing. Losing one customer may not matter much, but a "manager" who responds to legitimate concerns with indifference will undoubtedly cost you more than one.
