OK, I will start off by saying this place was extremely busy today. I had a long wait to be seen…read more The girls upfront are extremely friendly and "Maria" who did my teeth cleaning was Absolutely Amazing out of all the teeth cleanings I've had, she did the best... I felt frustrated coming in but between Maria the doctor and the smiling attitude upfront, I love this place!

I've been taking my daughter here for 8 years. Rodeo has been her dentist since we moved to Texas…read more I hate that we had to move her because of miscommunication from the call center that they use to take appointments. For context: we had an appointment scheduled Dec 9 at 4:30 pm. On Dec. 8 I called in the morning to see if I can reschedule and the person I spoke with said they'll give me a call back at the end of the day for a new date and time. Never got a call, but I figured they were busy and that we'll just make the original appointment work. On Dec. 9, I called an hour before the appt and said that we were running late because of school traffic and asked if I could bump her appt down to 4:45 instead of the original 4:30. They said it was fine and they'll see us then. We got there a little after 4:50 and when I went to check in they said they couldn't see us because we were 15 mins past the grace period. I told them that wasn't right, because our appt was at 4:45. They said they had us down for 4:30, so I explained the call I made the day before attempting to reschedule and the call I made that same day where they said I could come in at 4:45. The lady said since the call center took my call, they have no record in their system and therefore have to forfeit my appt because all the doctor's were booked. Lady tried to say the miscommunication with them has been an ongoing issue, and that there was nothing she could do. Very disappointing given the miscommunication was on THEIR end. You would think they would've done something differently since they have actively known about the issue. Shame that 8 years of loyalty have gone down the drain over an issue that they were aware of. My daughter now goes to my dentist, Dr. Taha over at the ToothBooth. My husband and I have been going there for at least 6 years and we have never had any issues. They always go above and beyond, especially in communicating. Within a week I had an appt there for my daughter and she was in and out in less than 45 mins. for her cleaning/check up. Shame on Rodeo.

I am in my mid 30s I've been to I couldn't tell you how many dentists. They did a fantastic job I didn't feel that it was about the paycheck. It was about education/care thank you.

A harmful experience for my 80 years old mom- Before signing…read morethe initial contract, the clinic used a computer screen to present pricing and represented that surgery, a healing/temporary denture, and related services would cost approximately $12,000, with a future fixed implant option priced at approximately $30,000 (total approximately $42,000). We were later informed that financing for the full $42,000 was not approved. The clinic reduced the plan to approximately $12,000 so treatment could proceed. Based on this representation, the $12,000 contract was signed. Surgery was performed; however, the healing/temporary denture was not provided at the time of surgery, despite prior representations that it would be placed the same day. After surgery, the clinic withheld the healing denture and stated it would only be provided after I signed a new or expanded contract. I was then informed the fixed implant price increased from approximately $30,000 to approximately $70,000. When I stated this was unaffordable, a $30,000 removable denture was proposed instead. I refused to sign any new contract. No permanent denture or implant treatment was authorized or accepted. Because I refused the second contract, my 80-year-old mother has been left without teeth for over two months, causing physical weakness and emotional distress.
