I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which was a little frustrating but I am glad I did. I have good teeth overall except for I'd like to get them cleaned every few months due to a bracket being in my mouth permanently from braces. The doctor ended up cleaning my teeth and I felt like she did a very thorough job. Got my regular dental exam and x-rays. Everything was a breeze. Will definitely be back. Good cleaning job!

They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! The advice they've given me over the years has actually worked, and my dental health is better because of it. I sincerely hope Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen keep practicing for a long time, because I'll be coming here for life -- and so will my kids when they're grown.

I have found the staff to be unprofessional, particularly the individual acting as the manager. I felt that she was unwilling to assist me and was selective in who she chose to help, displaying a dismissive attitude toward my concerns. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I value the care you provide but find it increasingly difficult to navigate the current office environment. Looks like you will lose the business from me and my families if you keep this employees working under you.

Took my wife to a different dentist which after the initial visit 80 dollars let her know that the hardware she had was outdated and that several more temporary teeth had hairline cracks and soon to fall out ,teeth weren't porcelain,estimate that was given to remove temps and replace with new permanent porcelain teeth with the newest hardware plus other facial cosmetic that clear choice didn't even address when they removed the original teeth. 13000 +. So don't look away run away or spend your hard earned money for their tv commercials and their uptown offices ,because you surely not paying for grade A teeth. Only good thing I can say about clear choice is the receptionist and assistants are very polite and professional. If I could have given a 0 star rating I would have.

He has a pleasant & professional demeanor. I am glad that I can continue at this practice because it is an excellent location for me. He accepts Humana & Delta Dental. He may accept others if you call the office.I am shocked by some of the negative reviews on Dr.Herbst who is no longer there because he retired. I absolutely loved him & was a long time patient. I am going to inform Dr. Abed that he might want to start a new Yelp listing based only on reviews for him. I love the waiting area & especially the restroom here. I feel like I am in an upscale restaurant, not a dentist office. I think that Dr. Herbst is responsible for that. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Dr.Abed!

He doesn't care to make sure the patients are comfortable. He and his assistant laughed at my child's pain during a procedure he butchered. He performs procedures he's clearly not qualified to do. He left fragments of tooth in two areas after 2 wisdom teeth extractions. He didn't ask the patient to come back for a follow up. The areas got infected due in part because the sutures he used weren't dissolvable and were left there for more than 4 weeks. The issues were resolved elsewhere because we refuse to go back to this place. While he admitted to the mistakes, he refused to at the very least reimburse us for all the expenses we incurred, including having corrective procedures done elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else. Stay away from him.
