I don't normally write a lot of reviews but I hope this can help someone. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Tadros Dental and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First, registering was a nightmare--their entire website is in Spanish with no option to switch to English, making it difficult to complete anything online. When I called and explained this to the receptionist, she said she'd just text me another link to register on my phone. Huh?!? Fix your website and make it user friendly for EVERYONE. When I arrived and attempted to register in person, I was met with unnecessary questions about my Social Security number and driver's license, which have no relevance to a routine teeth cleaning. I specifically made an appointment with a particular doctor, only to be seen by someone else. I also made it clear that I was ONLY coming in for a general cleaning and would discuss additional procedures later. Despite this, I was pressured into reviewing costs for treatments I had already declined, with the office manager standing over me with an itemized cost sheet. I even contacted my insurance again, and they confirmed that the only charge I should be responsible for was a $50 copay--yet the office was still trying to push extra costs on me. To make matters worse, my appointment was at 3:00 PM, and I arrived early at 2:35. By the time they went over all of these constructed charges instead of just doing what I asked and the doctor (who I didn't even request) got around to seeing me at 4:45, I was told the hygienist had already left for the day, making my entire visit a complete waste of time. Two hours gone, no cleaning done, and an overall horrible experience. I walked out. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else! read more

I'm been in IT for over 30 years and it's easy to tell when an office keeps up with technology. The focus on modern equipment here and the expertise demonstrated in the review of the images set my mind at ease with her proposed multiple root canal. Obviously every procedure is different, but I was amazed how little pain I had the next day. Highly recommended. read more

Very Poor customer service. The two ladies in the front were very rude and not to mention how I would catch them talking about other patients which was very unprofessional. The appointments were always very confusing, it would be a 4:40 appointment but the doctor always had to "leave at 4:50". We had to wait 30 min before my daughter was seen but when we were 7 min behind we were told she was going to have to reschedule because the doctor had to leave. Definitely not returning. read more

Dr Mina Tadros is knowledgeable I've known him for a long time and it was my first visit to his office yesterday. Dr. Tadros and his staff were very nice and went out of their way to help me explaining everything i needed to know and the cleaning procedure was done smoothly and nicely. the facility is clean and tidy, ready for work. the entire team is amazing. Dr Tadros is the best Dentist I've ever been to! I've been coming here for the last 8 years- staff is always friendly, Dr. Tadros is knowledgeable and has an excellent touch, and the facility is always clean and tidy, ready for work. This last visit I had a wisdom tooth out and was contemplating not doing the sedation. Things like these always make me nervous, so I called in to ask for the addition to my appoint and it was FANTASTIC! They monitored my vitals closely, had a painless IV insertion, and the sedative worked great to calm my nerves and allow me to relax while Dr. Tadros worked his magic. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a Dentist- I drive in from Tomball because he's that good. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Mina for quite a few years, always when I am in pain (usually)! But, he is my hero/miracle worker. He is so gentle and compassionate and makes sure you are not in any pain. He has done the majority of my extractions and I always feel better! His staff is wonderful and caring and they always try to work you in as soon as possible. And they check on you after thr procedure to follow up! First class service all the way!! read more

Yesterday my daughter had a dental emergency. We contacted Dr. Tadros office, and we were able to get I this morning with no issues. My daughter walked in not able to eat or sleep for the past week, and walked out feeling almost 100% better. They were so kind, patient, and understanding with her needs/fear. (She had an abscessed tooth). My expectations were reached above and beyond. I am so thankful, and would HIGHLY recommend this office. read more

They rescheduled us twice and then complained when we had to reschedule. Faby is confusing, talks fast and just made the experience - from scheduling the appointment all the way down to the arrival for the appointment - very stressful. It's unfortunate because they came highly recommended by another dental office. This office was unprofessional in the way they handled things. Covid is the excuse they used. We were accommodating and rescheduled at first, but you cannot expect patients to keep moving their schedule around for you. Thumbs down. read more

First Time Extraction (2 wisdom teeth) First off, I've never had any dental procedure done besides getting my teeth cleaned, so I was very nervous/apprehensive to say the least. I was concerned about my hooked roots creating difficulty during the extraction and possibly causing nerve damage. I realized I suddenly had multiple questions I needed to get answered before I would be prepared to go in for my procedure later that day. Early on the date of my procedure, I called the office and asked the receptionist to have Dr. Tadros please call me. Once I received the call from Dr. Tadros I brought all my concerns about the extraction to his attention and he explained in detail why there was no risk of nerve damage. I appreciate him putting my mind at ease and not making me feel silly. The staff who work for Dr. Tadros are all a great bunch, they are welcoming, super friendly and very helpful. Any question I had was answered. I asked how long the procedure would take and they said they had put aside an 1hr and 20 mins for me. The actual procedure took a total of 30 mins. I hardly felt the numbing shot thanks to the topical numbing gel that was used first. The most I felt from the shot was a tingling feeling. After about 5 mins of Dr. Tadros letting me sit and wait for the numbness to take full effect, he came back and used a hook-like pick to put pressure on my gum and teeth I think (I couldn't feel where it was) and he asked me if I could feel the sharpness, this would tell him whether or not I would need more numbing. I felt nothing. Dr. Tadros began using a sort of plyer looking tool pushing around my wisdom teeth and after a few minutes he said, "Ok we're about to start, are you ready?" With the right side of my mouth stuffed with gauze, I said as best as I could, "Yes." lol BUT he was already done!!! Tricky, Tricky!!! I was so extremely pleased with my experience... I can't express thoroughly enough how pleasantly surprised I am at how smoothly my wisdom tooth extraction went. After hearing all these terrible stories from friends and family about their own wisdom teeth experiences I was expecting the worst. (I was not sedated, nor did I receive any gas) Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Tadros/Team!!! :) I have also been to Dr. Tadros for teeth cleaning, which also was another great experience. The dental hygienist used a topical numbing gel around my gums so that I wouldn't feel so much sensitivity in certain areas of my teeth where there was a large build-up of plaque. I liked that the X-rays appeared on the screen right next to you as soon as they take the picture so that you can see what they're seeing, that's kinda cool for people like me who are very curious. Anyway, my extraction was today, and here I am at home after all the numbness has worn off and I am in no pain at all what-so-ever... I'm waiting for the pain to come as others have described... but nothing so far! I will be taking my other antibiotic and ibuprofen later this evening. I have not experienced excess bleeding, at all. I did the salt water rinse as advised, and have already removed my gauze. (I had my gauze in for about 2-3 hrs after the procedure before I removed it for the salt water rinse) I would most definitely recommend all my family and friends to go see Dr. Tadros for all your dental needs. read more

When I arrived the office staff, techs, and dentist himself was very nice and informative. They took their time and made great recommendations for aftercare. In today's world it is very hard to find authentic people who care about others. Sure, there are a few that still exist...and a hand full of them work at Tadros Dental! Over the Thanksgiving weekend 2015, I broke a tooth completely in half. I called around to other dentists closer to home, and...well you guessed it, most were out for the holiday and couldn't or wouldn't see me until Monday. I had one dentist tell me, "Good luck finding a dentist this weekend!". So I babied the tooth until Monday and called my regular dentist, Dr Mina Tadros. When I explained to the staff what had happened with the tooth, and that both myself and my husband had been recently laid off and no longer carried the insurance listed in our chart, they still scheduled me for a visit the very next day! When I arrived, the staff was very compassionate and caring about my situation. I was so worried the treatment would be painful and very expensive without insurance. Once I saw Dr. Tadros, he explained the different options we could take and offered his personal opinion on how he would proceed if it were his tooth. We decided to think outside the box and not just extract the broken tooth. Instead, he recommended bonding the tooth back together since it was a healthy tooth, and that's exactly the plan of action we took. Dr. Tadros showed me such care and compassion not only about the broken tooth, but about my husband and I being recently laid off. He adjusted the bill to an amount that was beyond easily affordable, and we scheduled the tooth repair for the next day! WOW! I can't express how grateful and thankful I am for his heart to give! His kindness went way beyond and above what I had expected. I felt truly blessed! The technique and skill put forth to save my tooth was spectacular! In a matter of 45 minutes my tooth was bonded back together and looked and felt great. Dr. Tadros mentioned the outcome was even better than he'd expected, and he was going to share my case and the results with his dentist friends. If you want a dentist who has a heart that cares above and beyond, and mandates this of his staff as well...then Tadros Dental is perfect for you. My experience here was disappointing. I was able to come in for an emergency but my experience fell short of what I'm used to. This was my first visit to this doctor and I did not feel welcomed. My nemeses is pain. I must say that I neither saw nor felt the needle; and fell asleep during the procedure. Other dentists had told me that some of my old fillings needed replacement. I thought this was just a sales ploy. Dr. Tadros has a camera and showed me which ones needed replacement and explained why. I also got to see before and after photos. He also has a great "bedside manner". Overall I was extremely pleased. read more
