I have had a great experience overall with Dr. Faltine. I have had an awful experience with the front desk staff. If I could rate the level of communication 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Back in late March, I put a $200 deposit down. I decided to go to a different dentist based upon insurance needs. I was told by Ashley and Carla that I would receive a refund of this deposit. I have called over 4 times, left voicemails and emailed MiraBella Smiles since March. Every time, I have been told they have either sent an email or will reach out soon. They have yet to reach out. Extremely unethical. I do not recommend this company. read more

I have never been one to like going to the dentist. But Dr. Faltine and her staff absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. He is very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly how it should be dealt with. Then Ashley , Carla and Alexander are just the icing on the cake. I had a haunting experience here at MiraBella smiles it is a bit unreal when I say this out loud. Starting off by asking to follow them on tik tok, Every employee I spoke to from the beginning is trying to up sale something. It felt like a law firm. Once I sat in the chair the girl who walked me in the room kept tinkering stuff and speaking what felt like 1000 words per minute. I had the most painful Xray and took longer than 5 minutes for her to be able to finish up. When I did the CT scan she had to do it all over again because she took the wrong kind of imaging. They proceeded to take a third kind of images for Invisalign knowing they were gonna have someone come repair the machine it was so faulty the picture of my mouth on the screen looked like some sort of alien mouth and was kept up on the screen in my room and additionally had a screen of decaying teeth displayed on the tv in my room that were not mine and left it up in my room and were showing a different patient around the office because they do "tours" the girl showed him my room and told him this is the graph they show patients whose teeth are decaying like there was absolutely no privacy my thoughts were just "what in the hipaa" I came for an early morning appointment left at noon all for them not to do a filler replacement. When I was in the office with the "office manager" so she can also try to upscale a plan I kept explaining to her what I came in for and she kept pretending not to know what I meant until I finally was firm to wanting to do the work today since I took off and she had the guts to offer me something later in the day at 2 because they were going to repair the Invisalign machine so in other words they wouldn't have to deny my request. That would have been a total 5 hours wasted. Please do not waste your time here. read more

Amazing customer service. Best Dentistry office I have been to. Everyone is very professional & knowledgeable. The minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed! Ashley & Summer was very knowledgeable & their service was great! The dentist was superb & didn't rush. He explained everything to me & showed me pictures of the areas with problems. This place will definitely over charge you and very unhelpful. If you want good dental work at a reasonable price , I suggest smiles on Fry dr close by. They didn't deny my teeth cleaning and didn't try To make the consult extend to 3 visits. read more

I've been going to MiraBella Smiles since before Covid. They've been nothing but nice, caring and informational on how to improve my hygiene and overall smile. My visits are always thorough and get to watch Netflix while I get examined/cleanings to distract from the loud tools. I highly recommend this dental office for your overall dental health. I moved to Cypress about a year and a half ago and have dragged my feet in finding a new dentist, but I've been having an issue with a molar in the past few weeks and knew it was definitely time to get it looked at. I was blown away by the experience at Dr Faltine's office! Ashley, the front desk manager, was an absolutely delight to talk to both on the phone and in person. I felt like we were friends by the time I left. She gave me a tour of the office and was incredibly knowledgeable about anything I asked her about. The office manager, David, was also amazing! He asked me about my dental history and gave me as much time as I wanted to explain it all. I never felt rushed. Once I had my exam, he answered all my questions on further treatment and went over the finances with me in careful detail. I never felt pressured or like I was being recommended unnecessary procedures. The dental hygienist, Highland, did my X-rays and a portion of my exam and was so great! She was so easy to talk to and did a great job cleaning my teeth. During my exam and cleaning, I was able to watch TV, which was relieving because I didn't feel the need to stare at anyone working on my teeth ;) Dr. Faltine gave me an exam and further treatment suggestions and explained everything in a way that I understood. He is very clearly devoted to great customer service and cares about his patients and staff. I was thoroughly impressed with how I was treated at this office. While having my mouth poked and prodded still is not a super fun activity, Dr. Faltine and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. read more

Dr. Faltine is really good. The only person I don't like was that guy who talked to us regarding our insurance coverage. He is sometimes at the front desk. He was so arrogant. I think he's racist, belittling us. His facial expression and his actions were very offensive. I kept it to myself. When we went home, a family member told us how she felt about that guy. I did not expect she saw how that guy behaved too. read more

I had the best experience with Dr. Faltine. I went to see him because I was having sensitivity when eating. Found out I needed to have work on several teeth. Due to my busy schedule I fear that this would take several visits but Dr. Faltine worked with me and did everything I needed in ONE VISIT!. I am super happy with the results and I can eat pain free. The staff is very friendly and the office has state of the art equipment. Highly recommend! read more

This is a review of Dr Winston Faltine not the MiraBella Smiles office. Faltine was contracted to see patients at another facility and I am writing a review about that experience. The affix of "Doctor of Dental Surgery" et al, is rather dubious with regards to "this Dr" as he refused to clearly explain any procedure but directed any queries to a future series of meetings. His assistant explained that this appointment was just a "meet and greet". Why anyone would pay 75 dollars for the "opportunity" to meet and greet this alleged dental practitioner was never explained. He either couldn't or wouldn't ever get to the point of the visit - initially refused to actually look into the mouth to examine the patient and claimed he already studied the X-Rays (as if that is all that is required) He would never directly answer any specific query and kept referring to future meetings. Then he refused to further elaborate. He behaved in a condescending manner to the patient, an elderly woman and her caregiver, a disabled veteran who is her son. Behaving as if he should be given obeisance, he became obstreperous when challenged about his poor conduct and lack of communication skills. He finally quoted an unreasonable price for his "services" at 4500 dollars per implant and a minimum of 40 thousand dollars to even consider this frail elderly woman's case. Finally upon seeing that he wasn't going to be deferred to as an infallible deity - he ushered the prospective patient and her caregiver out of the office. Never ever go to this "Dentist" for any care, advice or any sundry item regarding the field of Dentistry. One would do better to purchase some textbooks and do the work one's self. read more

This facility was amazing, I was a little skeptical at first about coming here but the staff was so sweet. Ashley was amazing and addressed all of my concerns in regards to billing and insurance questions. The facility was very nice, clean, and friendly. David then took me back to get some X-rays done and he was awesome and explained everything that was going to happen and helped giving me multiple options for payments since I have to have wisdom teeth extraction. The doctor was very nice too and explained what was going on and what the best route for me was. Overall an amazing experience here and will be bringing my family here as well for our dental needs. If you need a good dental family to go to I would definitely recommend these people they are awesome and so helpful! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. My experience here has been the best one that I have ever had, all of the staff are super nice and welcoming they made me feel like family. Ashley the receptionist helped me in getting an appointment asap, she called when she said she would, she answered all my questions and didn't hurry to hang up, she listened and was courteous and you can tell she loves what she does. I was super nervous going in but my nervousness went away as soon as I talked to David the coordinator he also answered all my questions and concerns and I just loved that they give their patients the time to talk to them one on one about anything and everything never have I had that experience and finally at the end I had the cherry on top which was Dr. Winston Faltine he also took the time to talk and listen to me and he asked me what is it that I want to achieve which I loved. After seeing me he gave me such good news about what is the best option for me and love the fact that I felt like I am important and not just another person to get in and out. I highly recommend this dental office this is all you need to get started on your best smile and that is what they strive for, you will be in very good hands and believe me you won't regret it. read more
