If I was basing my review strictly off of the doctors and their work, this would have been a 5 star review. I'm not a huge fan of the front office staff. They call and text way to much once you make an appointment, it's pretty annoying after a while. I once got a call at 8 in the morning on a weekend to confirm an appointment for the up coming week. It also took me at least 4 months to get my crown on from start to finish. Part of the issue was my gums were irritated (that I understand) and part was trying to fit in times where I didn't have to keep taking off of work from my new job, wish they had better hours to accommodate people who can't take off of work whenever they want. As for the hygienist, it's 50/50 whether you're going to get someone who knows what they're doing or whether you will get someone who litterally seems like they just graduated school. I will say the majority of them are very welcoming and sweet. Lastly, I forgot to mention when I went in the first time to have my tooth worked on for the crown, they shaved it down and put a temp crown on. I was still numb so I didn't feel any pain, before checking out they asked for my pharmacy I figured it was for maybe an anti biotic or maybe something for future pain, turns out it was for no reason at all nothing was called in so not sure why they even asked for that information. That night when the novocain wore off I was in tremendous pain. I will say when I was finally able to have the crown permanently fitted it came out absolutely fantastic and fits great. I'm happy I am finally finished with this long process.

I was blown away by the experience at Dr Faltine's office! Ashley, the front desk manager, was an absolutely delight to talk to both on the phone and in person. I felt like we were friends by the time I left. She gave me a tour of the office and was incredibly knowledgeable about anything I asked her about. The office manager, David, was also amazing! He asked me about my dental history and gave me as much time as I wanted to explain it all. I never felt rushed. Once I had my exam, he answered all my questions on further treatment and went over the finances with me in careful detail. I never felt pressured or like I was being recommended unnecessary procedures. The dental hygienist, Highland, did my X-rays and a portion of my exam and was so great! She was so easy to talk to and did a great job cleaning my teeth. During my exam and cleaning, I was able to watch TV, which was relieving because I didn't feel the need to stare at anyone working on my teeth ;) Dr. Faltine gave me an exam and further treatment suggestions and explained everything in a way that I understood. He is very clearly devoted to great customer service and cares about his patients and staff. I was thoroughly impressed with how I was treated at this office. While having my mouth poked and prodded still is not a super fun activity, Dr. Faltine and his staff make it as pleasant as possible.

I put off getting it replaced by a bridge/implant simply because of the expense and because I didn't know who to trust. Fast forward to a few months ago, my stepdad's brother, a seasoned dentist but not an oral surgeon, recommended Cypress Oral to suit my predicament. I couldn't be more grateful that I went with his recommendation! Dr. Price and Dr. Michael both took excellent care of me from the moment I met them, as if they were doing a favor for their own nephew! Wow! They are both very knowledgeable about their expertise and covered things I didn't even see mention of in my research. I was nervous about the issue of price and potential complications, but they didn't pressure me in anyway, just kindly informed me of my best option, which for me was the implant.
