My husband was having a tooth emergency this weekend and we were able to get in at 11 am. The office is very cozy and relaxing, they have a coffee machine which was great because we were there for a few hrs for an emergency extraction. The staff was fabulous from the front office staff to the hygienist. We were visited by 2 Dr and the care my husband received was top notch. I would definitely recommend them. So i came here to get a root canal it was a disaster from the start. I had to go several times for 2hours each time the dentist seemed to lack confidence. He couldn't seem to get my tooth numbed correctly which resulted in a lot of pain for me. Finally the day came to put the crown on another 2hours of drilling and grinding because it didn't fit correctly. Now several weeks down the road everytime i eat i get pain in the tooth which a REAL DENTIST office told me was because the crown was put on wrong. If I could give this location zero stars I would. For close to a year I had to get them to adjust a visit in which I was charged for a complete root canal and found when I kept having pain that it was incomplete. On that day I paid over $300. I ended up going somewhere else to get the service completed, due to pain I kept getting. After 4 months they finally sent a reprocessed claim to my insurance and after discussing with my insurance my patient responsibility should have been about $100. I went to the office and called a few times and have yet to receive my refund. If I were you I would make sure that the service they are charging you are correct and that they are really doing it. They charged me for a service that when I called my insurance I shouldn't have paid for because it was covered by my insurance. I received these services back in Oct 2023 and I am still waiting for them to call me back. It is terrible that they have just one person running the front named Andrea and even she will not take the time to look into it. I had 4 cavities filled at this office, I went back for a check 6 months later they didnt say anything to me about that tooth, went back for another 6 month check up I was told I needed a root canal. I explained to them that the tooth that I needed a RC in was filled by them and I had a check up 6 months prior. They then I guess look at my records and tell me this happened bc i have bad teeth. Umm,, no what happened was the dentist didn't fill the tooth properly so it started decaying under the filling. They refused to fix it ,they refused to give me my medical records. I wish i could make them have some responsibility for putting me through the lies the disrespect the bad dentistry and money I did not have to get my tooth fixed. Just awful. Toal cost was over 3 thousand dollars to fix the mistake. It was really heartbreaking experience. read more

Update after my first appointment, after they asked to do a review. I don't do much review but I did when they asked. Do not go to this place they charge you for everything and try to up sell you, today even for evaluation that cause the problem from crown they did last appointment and they deny so charge me for today. I preface this review by saying when me and my husband started, everything was great! We started off by seeing Dr. Nguyen who owns the dentistry and since then, I think we have each seen him twice. I enjoyed the dentistry because aesthetically it is very pleasing and the dental hygienists are very thorough and nice. However; the past year has been atrocious. I had an appointment a little over a month ago that was canceled the day prior and I wasn't made aware of the cancellation until then, the front desk couldn't or wouldn't tell me who cancelled it but did say it was due to business needs. Ok, that was fine and I was not charged the cancellation fee because I did not cause the cancellation. I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would call me back which didn't occur. I had to demand to speak to the manager when my appointment was rescheduled. I informed the manager that I did not appreciate a cancellation without my knowledge until the day prior. Apologies were given and that is fine. Fast forward to a couple of weeks after that when I had to get a couple of fillings done which went well, but there were some issues with sensitivity and I called approximately a week after the work was done to schedule to come in to have the situation rectified. I was told that they would let someone know and I would be called to schedule an appointment to come in which was a falsehood. Would you believe another week went by and I called in on a Saturday and asked the front desk were notes taken that I had called about this issue and she stated yes but said she wasn't sure what happened but she did schedule me to come in the following Monday a few days later and Dr. Cao fixed the problem. Unfortunately, this was the coup de gras. My husband had an appointment scheduled for later this month *August* and I called and cancelled his appointment and also cancelled the appointment for my checkup which would have been in February. I was asked why and I stated because the front desk isn't handling their responsibilities as they should and because obviously myself and my husband aren't valued as patients that the business relationship is being terminated. I also stated that our files could be shredded and if a manager or Dr. Nguyen himself chooses to call me, I might consider keeping the practice as our dentistry. I've yet to receive a call and this was 2 weeks ago. I have already found another dental practice for us and my husband was seen on Thursday. I would give no stars if it were possible. The consultation for teeth whitening is not free. The whole process is a SCAM! You are told on the phone that the teeth whitening consultation is free but when you arrive you find out that they want to do an entire examination and charge you for it. The whole method to get you to the door and try to get money out of you is so unprofessional. I would never recommend them or go here. if they have to get their clients by lying it says everything about the dentist in the practice. Be careful with this dentist! They told me my 10 year old had several cavities and needed fillings. I got a second opinion because they wanted to charge me way too much for her fillings even though she had some done last year. The new dentist said she had a tiny spot on her baby tooth that will be falling out this year but he said not to worry since it's about to fall on its own. The treatment pricing coordinator (the one who explains pricing) is terrible here and she had argued with me twice already in such an unprofessional manner. She got upset because I questioned pricing and asked for explanations on differences in the adult vs child cleaning. The doctor is so rude and shows signs of frustration as if she does not like her job. This type of leadership has poison the staff at this office. I was sent form to complete right to my cell phone. The dental hygienists were very professional and gentle with the X-rays, pictures and the exam. The cleanings are great and my aligners have fixed my teeth tremendously. I had minor gaps and went with the best option: in house aligners. The staff is very nice and friendly but I've noticed there very disorganized and there isn't much communication between the dentist and the ladies that work upfront. The other thing I would like to mention is that the waiting room is very small, I don't drive because of my epilepsy and anxiety, once when I got done here at the dentist someone escorted me outside and I had to wait for my for 20 minutes in the hot sun for my dad to pick me up.
