They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! Text reminders for your appointment an hour prior, a courtesy call the day or two before to re confirm the appointment, a text sent with a link to update and/or fill out forms prior to your appoitment. Temperature check in front by the door. Parking lot is shared by other businesses but typically there is enough parking for you to not worry. I forget if there is a ramp and where, just in case. The Square doesn't have a dedicated stop light, so you may miss it and have to u turn, there is a turning lane but it's not long. The staff is great and kind and diverse.
