The entire team is very friendly, prompt, and eager to assist. To be honest, at this point, it's like seeing an extended family every 6 months... Dr. Burch and his team offer a family-friendly environment and approach, meaning this isn't the dentist or team that you see once and never return. They, like me, are relationship builders. The receptionist greets you with extra "ooomph" and they always call you by your name the whole time which ... just makes a difference.
