They always make me feel welcome & extremely comfortable and they take really good care of my dental needs. Dr. Tam- I adore her. She's very professional, thorough & trendy. I love her style! She has a gentle, relaxed and very caring bedside manner. Nathalie is wonderful, she's always friendly and informative, she explains the insurance/ financial part clearly for me to understand. She works with me on scheduling my appointments. Julia is amazing, she's very knowledgeable, informative, efficient & considerate. She seems to really love what she does. I recently had my upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nguyen. He was also great. I was a little nervous about the procedure. Dr. Nguyen was professional, knowledgeable, patient & friendly. Julia called to check on me after the procedure, which I thought was so nice, it's the little things for me:) I've been to other dental offices and let me tell you that I highly recommend NW Dental. They strive to provide the best possible care to every patient. They really do have an outstanding team and they all do such a great job.

To find a medical provider where the doctor, medical team, AND front office staff are all excellent…read moreis rare - yet, I've found the happy trifecta at Acorn Dental. This office made it to my 'Houston's Best' list (public under my profile). Dr. Khuu is the first dentist whom I've felt is an actual doctor who cares about my long-term oral health as opposed to just getting patients in and out of office like many dental offices. Also, I feel like an actual person here, not just a case to bill to insurance. The team is really, genuinely nice. I also love that I actually get to see her for my cleaning. Both Dr. Khuu and Lauren (staff) are meticulous, and I'm very happy with the thorough cleaning (it takes 45 mins to 1 hour, and I'm happy about it) and care I get here. That probably isn't super profitable for the office, yet because they answer all questions thoroughly (if for me, then probably for others as well), there's usually a little bit of a wait, so take that into consideration when you plan a visit. I still would much rather come here than any other dental office. Elyse and others at the front desk are also really nice and detail-oriented. Search no more for a great dental office. Acorn Dental is it. This office made it to my Best of Houston list. P.S. I found out by chance yesterday that there is a Dr. Acorn somewhere whose mail sometimes get sent here, haha. No affiliation between Dr. Acorn and Acorn Dental.

It is not in my dental network, so all costs are outta pocket but when I tell you I will gladly pay, I mean it. I had my first visit 6 months ago and from the moment I walked in, I was at ease. During my initial phone consultation I explained my dental anxiety and past experiences with dentists (within my insurance network), and how my fear may make it seem like I'm an unfavorable patient. The attendant immediately calmed me and explained what I would likely experience during my checkup, and they would make sure my visit was pleasant. This office DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The staff is AMAZING and Dr. Katy is soooo frikin AWESOME! Even when I had crazy questions they provided all the necessary answers. Dr. Katy & Team, thank y'all so much I just love y'all
