Another concern is the constant staff turnover. Over the years, I've had three different hygienists, which makes the office feel very inconsistent and unorganized. The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. The entire team is very friendly, prompt, and eager to assist. To be honest, at this point, it's like seeing an extended family every 6 months... Dr. Burch and his team offer a family-friendly environment and approach, meaning this isn't the dentist or team that you see once and never return. They, like me, are relationship builders. Investing in a dentist, much like a family-care practitioner, is all too overlooked in this day-and-age, and I appreciate that they call me when I've overlooked my 6 month visit, or take the time to send me a card to wish me a happy birthday.
