When I declined, I asked for a standard cleaning--the reason I scheduled the visit--but was told they would not perform it because the dentist had already diagnosed periodontal disease. So I left without receiving any cleaning at all. What really raised a red flag: when I said I couldn't afford the treatment, they suddenly lowered the price. By then, the trust was gone. The whole experience felt more like a sales pipeline than a dental visit. Afterward, I saw multiple reviews describing the exact same situation. DONT GO HERE!

I put off getting it replaced by a bridge/implant simply because of the expense and because I didn't know who to trust. Fast forward to a few months ago, my stepdad's brother, a seasoned dentist but not an oral surgeon, recommended Cypress Oral to suit my predicament. I couldn't be more grateful that I went with his recommendation! Dr. Price and Dr. Michael both took excellent care of me from the moment I met them, as if they were doing a favor for their own nephew! Wow! They are both very knowledgeable about their expertise and covered things I didn't even see mention of in my research. I was nervous about the issue of price and potential complications, but they didn't pressure me in anyway, just kindly informed me of my best option, which for me was the implant. They eased a lot of my anxiety about the whole process. The staff quoted a much better, reasonable price than I was given at other practices. Hardly common these days, these folks actually care more about their patients than their revenue! I priced this out and found the service else ware for $540 (my portion after insurance) When I went in to get the my X-Rays that I paid for on the previous visit I was Charged $25.00 for x-rays I own!!
