Eventually they ran all of his people off, and the atmosphere went from casual and fun to intense. Our hygienist (who was let go by aforementioned national company (Heartland) for BS reasons (e.g. she made too much money)) ended up working for Dr. Farias so we switched. I recently cracked a tooth and made an appointment with Dr. Farias to get it taken care of. No offense to my previous dentist but she's a much better dentist. She and her assistant Claudia took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free, which I was. My current temporary crown is more comfortable than any other previous one and it has not fallen out!! She even made extra impressions because I am still in Invisalign...and she wanted to make sure I wouldn't have to get new impressions (and start the whole $4,500 process over). Sometimes good things come from bad things. It was certainly true in this case. I would recommend Dr. Farias to anyone.

The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. I also had some bonding done (which I am very pleased with) and plan on getting more cosmetic work here in the future. :)

The entire team is very friendly, prompt, and eager to assist. To be honest, at this point, it's like seeing an extended family every 6 months... Dr. Burch and his team offer a family-friendly environment and approach, meaning this isn't the dentist or team that you see once and never return. They, like me, are relationship builders. Investing in a dentist, much like a family-care practitioner, is all too overlooked in this day-and-age, and I appreciate that they call me when I've overlooked my 6 month visit, or take the time to send me a card to wish me a happy birthday. At my first visit Dr Song addressed my concerns of the ownership change right away and she even offers me warranty on my previous filling with previous owner. Dr Song is very nice and patient and she never tried to cross sell unnecessary treatments. She would provide options pros and cons and let me choose my own treatment plan, she is honest and transparent with the process. She is very fun to chat with as well, great bedside manner. Also the wait is always short and the staffs are all friendly, there are free drinks in waiting area and little goodie bag upon departure, what not to like?
