Very disappointed after waiting in line for an hour. The sandwiches were good and definitely McDonald's microwaved egg. I liked how saucy they were, and they were on a brioche bun. The drinks were super sugary, and the cold brew was also really sugary. The dough from the donut balls(mcpops) tasted like it was a day or two old and definitely needed to be heated or something, but it had cookie butter in the center so obvi that's always gonna be good. After waiting 40 minutes in one of their 3 lines, they were out of ALL HOT AND COLD COFFEE DRINKS! You would think the guy directing traffic would have warmed the huge line. This was at 11 AM on a Saturday. Will not return. Here's an Idea COSMC. Crispy Creme used put a sign on the building that told you when donuts were hot and fresh. I'm not the one to write bad reviews. I feel very bad for it. But the service was horrible! I get if you travel to places like this just like we do, but going here is NOT worth the trouble. We travel in a huge house bus so it's alright, but still not worth driving four hours to get the most horrible service I have ever gotten. I went in the High-Tec drive through to get the mic pops because that seems like the rage. The workers said, "Sure, but it may take a minute. We're running low on staff." Normally I would be perfectly fine with that, but it took 45+ mins! Just for mic pops! ANOTHER THING.. we ALSO popped our tire in a huge pothole! I am so disappointed in this place. This place lacks so many things. The line is too long. Need to get better service. Doesn't really have that much uniqueness very simple atmosphere. Has some cool things though. So I came here for the first time to see what all the hullabaloo is about and I'm quite disappointed. The menu was disappointing I expected some pretty cool stuff. I ordered a chai latte with almond milk no foam. She hands it to me and I can tell from the wait that there's foam so I hand it back to her and tell her that I asked for my drink with no foam. She says that the ticket says no phone. I said I understand that the ticket says no foam but there is phone. I handed back to her. She reluctantly takes it. She hands it back to me a minute later and says have a good day. It feels the same. I said there's foam in here. She said no there's not. I don't have time for the stupid argument so I say never mind and I leave. I pull around the corner and open it up. Wow. Instead of them remaking this for me with no foam. They literally handed me a cup that has no foam but it's down about a quarter of the way. Are you freaking kidding me? This is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. Just for the heck I took a sip of it. Sucks. So even if they could get the phone thing right. It tasted like watered down chai tea. I went back and asked for a refund. 54 minute wait for coffees that I could have gotten next door at the regular McDs instantly and would have tasted better. Pretzel bites were literally exactly the same as the ones you'd buy at the grocery store and pop into your toaster oven, without the benefit of even any dipping sauce and there were maybe 4-5 of them. McDonald's converted the closed Boston Market next to the McDonald's. I bet they owned the land already since at one time they owned boston market..lol . I understand they only be opened about 3 weeks but after a 2 hour wait to get to the drive thru speaker to be told no ice cream products at all. the machine had been broke for over a week according to employee. Well I guess micky D still has not figured out their shake/ice cream problems.. Drove an hour to this resturant and triple checked to make sure it was open on google only to find it completely blocked off with random cars at the sides ensuring people did not get through. With no signs claiming it was closed, many employees visible in the window, and lit up drive-through signs, we were convinced it was still open and approached a car at the side to ask about if it truly closed early. We were met with an extremely rude man who claimed it had closed already and when asked why, he gave the disrespectful, quick remark of "because management closed it."
