One of his employees pulled a gun on my tenants and I guess was fired but this owner capped lines saying he would be back when it was warmer and he had help. SO he capped lines, many tenants had no water, he doest come back. I had to pay another plumber 2 days later when he never come back to uncap lines that didnt need capping but because lost his help he wanted to cap them to prevent water flow. IF he had better employees and completed the work we would have saved about 1500. He is still trying to get money out of me even though my tenants went without water 2 days, a gun was pulled on tenants by his crazy helper. UGH a nightmare of a situation. He should take care of jobs he promised to do and stop trying to collect money when he never come back. He owes me for uncapping lines ...beware

They did a great job servicing my water heater as it needed a flush after four years. Note that I was unaware of this maintenance was even needed! My bad! Thankfully it's behind me now. I also had them look at my sink disposal and two toilets. They provided good advice about the condition of a water valve on one toilet and after discussing price options, I decided to get the toilet pumps updated. Overall, they took just over an hour for all the repairs and then explained everything they completed by taking me on a "tour" of the repairs until I was satisfied. I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure.
