I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. She helped me to schedule an appointment for the next day. Their office is located within the Cayuga Medical buildings (near the Ithaca mall). Although the buildings are well labeled I would seriously recommend to use the gps bc they all look alike. Also there are two entrances the back one (coming from Triphammer Rd) is the right one. Once inside the office the waiting wasn't long. After about ten minutes I was transferred to a medical room. A few minutes later Dr Cryer arrived. He listened to my concerns, examined me and sent out for labs to be done. While I'm still waiting for the results, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of an ENT.

I called the office and the doctor couldn't see me just to take this out. Granted he is shorthanded; however, usually a situation like this would be taken care of almost immediately by the doctor. It usually takes 10 minutes at the most to remove it. I could not get an appointment until May 2025. They put me on a cancellation waiting list. I met with one of the nurses and with Mary Lou Philips, MSN, CNM. They answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. I work in health care, and I was appalled at how I was treated…read more When I scheduled my appointment on the phone I was asked to come a few minutes early to fill out new patient information, sure understandable. The day before I was left a voice text on my phone which instructed me to arrive 15 minutes before by appointment time, no problem. I arrived 15 minutes early, and waited behind one patient checking in. When I checked in I was told I was late, and that I should have come at 1:00 for my 1:30 appointment. I told the receptionist that was not the message I was given, my instructions were to come 15 minutes early. She said she would ask the MD if it was okay to see me. When she returned, I showed her my iPhone's message which read 15 minutes early, she said the dr. said I'd have to reschedule. I asked her to please take my phone back to the dr and show her the message. She said it was too late she is seeing her next patient, by this time it was about 1:25, needless to say, had I been able to have my appointment I would have waited for the dr to see me sometime after 1:30. I guess it's okay for me to wait, but not Dr. Garcia. I told the receptionist there was no need to reschedule my appointment. I refuse to miss another half day of work. If this is how they treat new patients, I want nothing to do with her business.
