Fantastic, honest, helpful service. I first met Dr Anzalone 7 years ago and found her fantastic. She was honest in her examination & evaluation of me and never tried to sell or upsell me. I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. NO PUSH, NO SALES PITCH, no pressure, just simple, old fashioned guidance & direction. I'm confident in my choice of company, doctor and equipment. I go to the Camillus location, because it's conveniently close to where I live in Baldwinsville. Every staff member I have seen and the care I have been given has been excellent! I would like to thank Syracuse Hearing Solutions, Dr. Anna Fyalkowski and the front office staff for a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Dr. Anna spent a lot of time with me going over all the features of my new hearing aids. I never felt rushed or that my questions were stupid. Just got home from Syracuse Hearing Solutions. First time I ever had professional hearing test and I must say, they are not pushy at all with hearing aids.Ran into 6 people working there and all were smiling,which seems to be rare these days.Everything was explained to me about the printed graph that we received.They take insurance there and I can confirm they will not try to sell you a hearing aid if you don't need one. Kristen explained all the options of hearing aids and the different types. I learned important info about them I did not know, they are not just amplifiers. I'm in my 60's and found I had some hearing loss in my right ear but could go either way with a hearing aid.They are so nice and non pushy i almost wish I needed one so I could do business with them lol. Those are the kind of people I like to do business with.I plan on going for a recheck in near future as I'm not getting any younger.I highly recommend if you have any type of hearing issue at all, go to this company...
