I was impressed. When my needs increased, I sought her out to find she now owner her own business. I made my appointment since I knew I'd put off hearing aids long enough. I was seen by her associate Dr Juliet Stuber who was delightful. She was extremely thorough and slowly & carefully went through my evaluation, testing and comprehensive overview/explanation. She never once ever even mentioned it was time for hearing aids, but rather allowed me to make my own decision etc. i had done a great deal of my own research before this appointment and interviewed many hearing aid customers / patients. We discussed brands, types and features of several type & models and I went with the company my own research suggested. Dr Stuber explained the type & brand were perfect for my hearing loss. NO PUSH, NO SALES PITCH, no pressure, just simple, old fashioned guidance & direction. I'm confident in my choice of company, doctor and equipment. I'm also confident Dr Stuber will guide me through the transition into hearing aids 2026. Thank you / Respectfully, Paul Clapper

I called East Coast in Fayetteville and spoke to a manager...Whitney. Not only was she arrogant but not a problem solver or a manager who took ownership of her position. Instead of solving my issue she didn't understand what I was saying, nor would move ahead in solving an issue two years in the making. Few skills Whitney possessed and my conversation fell upon deaf ears. Nothing accomplished whatsoever...this is what happens when something arises and the manager is lazy or is unwilling or worst of all unknowing how to solve it. I felt like I was talking to the computer she was looking at and expecting a response which didn't come. I will be glad to shop elsewhere as I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting my hearing to a group of not caring individuals.

I'm starting to feel like the Goldilocks of infrared sauna studios after having previously tried…read moreLumos in Rochester (which I've also reviewed). This time I opted to visit Saunacuse for a little sauna time and self-care. Located in the Dietz Lantern Factory building, Saunacuse is a nicely laid out sauna studio that provides an infrared sauna experience + chromotherapy options. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a friendly member of the staff, asked if it was my first infrared sauna experience, and was then asked what colors I'd like to utilize for my chromotherapy option. Unlike with my experience at Lumos (where you're able to change the chromotherapy settings yourself - and I utilized 3 chromotherapy colors during my 45 minutes, 15 minutes each), the staff person introducing you to the sauna space sets your chromotherapy colors before your sauna time begins. Personally, I like having the option to control my chromotherapy color options... though I understand they set the colors for you because it's generally more beneficial to utilize 1 or 2 chromotherapy colors for your sauna session, rather than having multiple colors for a shorter period of time. With my red (activates the circulatory and nervous systems) and orange (helps address asthma and bronchitis) chromotherapy options ready to go, the staff person noted the timer for my session, lavender cloth for after my sauna, where to drop all towels once the sauna time was completed, and so on. All very helpful info... and, once ready, I hopped in the sauna with my coconut water (brought my own because you should always be sure to hydrate!) and enjoyed my 45 minutes of detoxifying bliss. Additional note: there are definitely some wins for this space by comparison to other locations. At Lumos, for example, each sauna was located in a room that didn't have full walls around it / had an open top. Saunacuse has their saunas in individual rooms, so you are buffered from outside sound... definitely appreciated as I'm enjoying my sweaty zen. All in all, very happy with my infrared sauna experience at Saunacuse... and I'd like to give it a 4.5 rating, but opted to round down because I just couldn't quite round up to a 5/5 review. I would certainly recommend it though and fully expect to make return visits!

I tried two sessions. These sessions were about 40 minutes long with his assistant pushing play of old, worn recordings. I tried to go along with this at first but I knew they were scamming me. I told them that I would not be continuing the program and that I expect them not to place any more charges on my account. Two weeks later, they charged my account again for a total of $918. I sent them a couple of emails about this and they did not respond. So I went to my bank to dispute the charge. Suddenly, Josh emailed me saying it would be unethical to cancel the payment for services rendered. I told him that it was unethical to tell someone that you will help them with their insomnia and put them in a cookie cutter weight loss program that did not help my insomnia in any way. Look up the complaints about this place on the BBB website and decide if this is a person you want to deal with. Josh's last email was beginning to become insulting so I am not engaging with him anymore.
