When I went back to the office in person to tell them the online web page they said I had to go to in order to get removed from the mailings, the person at the front desk was RUDE and UNINTERESTED in helping to resolve this. I DON'T WANT YOUR JUNK MAIL AND I AM NOW RE PORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU.

Most recently, last month, I had a scheduled checkup and hearing test with Brian. Brian is new to this location, but has over 10 years experience in practice. He was very thorough, patient and professional. He showed me the results and explained/interpreted their relationship to my hearing range. This past weekend, I noticed my right hearing aid was not functioning properly. I called Sue at the office for an "earliest possible" appointment. True to form, she provided one the very next afternoon. Brian determined the problem, replaced the wax guards and they perform wonderfully again.
