I needed to find a new doctor quickly and was told they were accepting new patients. My medications…read morehad run out and could not be re-filled and I explained my urgency to them. I visited the office to schedule an appointment. I was given an application to fill out. I said I'm not applying for a job, I want to make an appointment. They said I needed to apply to become a new patient. I've never heard of anything like that nor has anyone else. I have excellent insurance and no serious medical issues. I completed their application and left. A few days later I received a call saying all of their doctors were NOT taking new patients. I told them I clearly stated my urgency when I stopped in and was told they were taking new patients. Now I find out that wasn't true and I wasted 4 days waiting. They CLEARLY don't care about people's well being. In visiting many other doctors in my area I found many are under the Family Care Medical Group. I visited 5 with similar bad results. I would not trust these insensitive, uncaring people with my healthcare.

I've never had an issue here. It's really about mindset at the end of the day. If you're negative,…read moremiserable, and volatile, then you'll probably always have bad experiences, but if you're patient and understanding, you'll be fine. The staff seem quite friendly and they usually move quite swiftly the times I've been here. Of course if you're a new patient, you'll have a wait period since they are specialists, but that's to be expected. When I have to call, someone usually answers or gets back to me pretty quickly and they usually answer all of my questions. As far as no show policies and fees go, they're pretty thorough on their website with making sure you understand that these are strictly enforced policies and they even explain why. All around pretty good experience from my perspective!

Literally no. I have asthma and really bad allergies. I never see a doctor here, only an NP or PA…read more Two months ago I had covid, and since then my asthma has been awful. I called and spoke to a nurse who relayed my concerns to the PA and told me that there was no way this was my asthma and I should consider getting treated for anxiety. I went into my primary care office later that day because I couldn't breathe and my rescue inhaler was the only thing that helped. I can't constantly be using my rescue inhaler for the rest of my life so that's an issue. My primary care doctor told me not only that I had PNEUMONIA (and had I listened to the allergy office, that would've just gotten worse and not be treated) but now I need to use a maintenance inhaler for my asthma twice daily because covid caused my asthma to get a lot worse.

From front of house to back, this office is very friendly, courteous, considerate and compassionate. I have always been able to be squeezed in if I did not have an appointment and was very ill. Brittany listens to my every concern (give that woman a raise just for this ) and tries as many avenues to get to where I need to be, and I'm extremely appreciative of that. Especially nowadays, after the pandemic, it seems a lot is brushed off or pushed to the side. This place has never made me feel this way. If I need a specialist, I have a call from one usually within two weeks. I can't say enough great things about this business. Highly, highly recommend. We need more offices ran like this!
