I have never waited as long as 30 minutes. However, I think that Upstate has been spoiled in that there usually are not waits. When I lived down state, I always brought a book with me, because I knew I would be waiting for some time. In the end, they are truly wonderful family doctors.

I had to go to the Central Square office to pick up an application. It took hours to complete. The office manager Stephanie indicated that she could not give me a reason. I spoke with the Director of Business Services Kim Dynka, who indicated that she would have to call me back with a reason, and never did. I spent a lot of time filling out a very detailed application and feel that I deserve to know the reason it was declined. I am now leaving voicemails for CEO, COO and every board member I can reach.
