Then, back out to the large waiting room with about 30 others. When she complained of a return of the pain, I told the desk personnel who said "everyone here is in pain." No one else showed ANY signs of being in pain, though. Hours later, she finally got a CT scan with a hernia diagnosis. Finally, she got a room, examined, and left alone for too long. We finally left anyway. A few days later, the pain returned and we made the awful mistake of coming back here. The blood work and CT scan were repeated during this 16+ hour's ordeal, which resulted in only a surgical referral a week away. The only reason I would come back here is to just die.

I went there ONLY because it was Memorial day weekend, and my primary care doctor was not available and told me I should go there. Once there, the receptionist had the personality of a rotten potato. I was suffering from SEVERE, acute pain in my lower abdomen. After an hour of waiting, I was finally brought inside to triage. The young nurse was SUPER nice and efficient. It was all downhill from there. The young attending physician was chipper, but TOTALLY clueless as I explained my symptoms. After drawing blood, taking a urin sample, and running an ultrasound and a CT scan, I waited 6 hours for them to tell me they had no clue what was wrong with me and sent me home, without so much as one aspirin. Two days of extreme agony later, I passed a huge 9mm X 7mm kidney stone, that looked like it was made out of broken glass. The ER physician was incompetent, the "reading" physician that looked at my CT scans and didn't see a huge kidney stone blocking my urethra wasn't even at the hospital, he was in MICHIGAN! Total incompetence on the part of the ER "physicians", to the point I called the head of the ER department and he ADMITTED that "mistakes were made" that night". Upstate doesn't care about your well being, they only care about making money. Six hours in that ER, with NOT even a clue of what might be wrong with me, resulted in an itemized invoice for just over $10,000.00! The CT scan alone was $4932.00, and one bag of IV solution cost $1600.00. THIS is why everyone's insurance premiums are so ridiculously high.

Want to say 15 mins is the longest I've ever waited. The doctor I see is Heather Gigon; she is amazing. You can tell she has a caring heart, and enjoys what she does. You can also tell she listens to you, and remembers some of the thing you say. Example: one appointment I went to, hadn't seen her in about 6 months. She asked me how I did on the 5K. Now how many doctors are actually going to keep up with something as small and trivial as a 5K?

I've been here several times. Every time but once I have been able to get in and out in less than…read morean hour. I like that I can call ahead for wait times. The location is always clean and well staffed. It's easy to run across to Wegmans to pick up a prescription right after an appointment if meds are needed. The staff have all been lovely. I've had to bring both my daughters in- one is an infant one a pre-K child. My 5 year old had the flu and they were so warm and caring and she barely cried. It's so nice to have them right down the street. The hours are super convenient open 7 days a week. Most recently I got a COVID antibody test here which was quick and easy. The Icee machine is a nice touch. I highly recommend them.

Please be Aware, that Well Now is acting under shady insurance practices. Billing people without sending claims to insurance companies. Having you sign , while under duress, without your knowledge, to consent to auto bill charges. When on numerous calls with my insurance company and a Well Now billing agent, was asked point blank "why" ?? they do not have an answer. They fumble with words, and shrug off responsibilities.
