To be honest, I haven't liked her from the start, but I was reluctant to change practices until I bought a house and had a permanent location. Now that I've moved I'm having a hard time finding a place nearby accepting new patients so I'm stuck here for the interim. She is not attentive, doesn't do follow up regarding abnormal lab work, and I feel like she dismisses my experiences sometimes. I avoid seeing her unless I just want a referral for somewhere else and usually ask to see a NP instead when I'm sick.

Now that I'm living in a different state and seeing a GOOD doctor, I've been referred to a cardiologist because my doctor felt it necessary based on my symptoms. Oh, and guess what, they have found a heart condition that is finally being treated. So, yeah, it wasn't "just anxiety". HORRIBLE doctor. She shouldn't have a license. I'll likely be reporting her to the board of medicine in NY. Avoid this doctor at ALL costs.

When I am sick, there is nothing I hate more than trying to get an appointment at this office. The…read moresecretaries are hit or miss with their demeanor, and make you feel like the biggest inconvenience. If you wake up and need to get into the office to get anitbiotics for a sinus infection or something, you gotta wake up and call as soon as the office opens or getting an appointment is a pain. Once you get into the office it will take 30 minutes in the waiting room and then sometimes another 20 minutes in the actual back room waiting for the doctor after the aide asks a few questions. Ain't nobody got time fo' that! Especially when you aren't feeling hot, you wanna get out of that place and back into bed. The doctors, PAs and nurses are extremely nice people. I hate to give this place 2 stars because they are wonderful. The waiting and trying to get an appointment is pretty awful though. Make sure you have your copay present upon arrival or they charge extra for billing.

The person at the check-in / check-out desk was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me when I spoke to her as I was leaving. I've been going to the practice for many years and have never felt so unwelcome before.
