The person who met me at the door (I was unwell), took me to my room and returned to my room after the exam to take my payment was unfriendly and seemed very unhappy in her job. The person at the check-in / check-out desk was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me when I spoke to her as I was leaving. I've been going to the practice for many years and have never felt so unwelcome before.

The second birth better than the first in some ways. Epidural always seemed to have had a student doing mine for both births. I rejected students to be present during my delivery the second time around. (First time it was multiple of them and I wanted something more personable) epidural wore off with my first baby, and I tore mildly... later would complain about how they stitched me. Second epidural lasted the whole delivery. Barely felt a thing. Doctor said she wished all her births were that easy. My children's father complained of uncomfortable bedding for the person assisting mom and not having supplies readily available. Meals were always delivered on time. Pretty decent for hospital food. Social work helped a lot the second time with baby supplies and setting up an appointment for further help with baby supplies at Asbury House. Sometimes people who would randomly come in and out were unfriendly but I'd focus more-so on the friendly ones anyway. Thanks Nurse Andrea Rose & Katie - they were attending nurses for both of my sons which was such a delight to see full circle since my first birth. Entering the hospital can be confusing, our first time around I was wheeled up to triage. Second time around, experienced, I waddled myself up there. But the information desk is pretty obvious, there's always people around to help and point you to where you need to go, they may not always be friendly but as long as you are attended to.

I've had back problems for the last year and a half. I had to go to a few doctors appointments, therapist, etc. And to hopefully bring some closure to my problem I was sent to Rochester Regional Health to see Dr. Peter Capicotto. He examined me and ordered an MRI. After the MRI he had me in his office for a post discussion and made some suggestions to me. He showed me the pictures of my back, pointed the areas of concern out and various ways I could deal with it. I was impressed with his professionalism. A man true to his profession. His personal staff is also very polite and helpful. Dr. Capicotto also trains new medical students, interns. The office staff is very polite and courteous also. When it comes to back injuries I highly recommend him.

Must be nice to run a medical facility with little compassion because it is a business. Oh, did I mention the man was a veteran? So, it is so difficult to take 2 minutes out of your busy day to call an office for a senior veteran who served our country and came out in this cold weather for a lab test that you couldn't help with so you can sit in that chair.

My chart messages never answered, there last idea was to cancel the next procedure and schedule an appointment which was 4 weeks away, I suffered terribly, weeks of no answers. I made an appointment with my PCP and she said let's get a 2nd opinion. That's what I'm going to do.. This is a pain management office it is not acceptable to not call your patients back...I had all the faith in them. Horribly disappointed. Won't answer calls, when they do its after you have been on hold for 50 minutes..Look elsewhere for treatment

I've known Greg for many years, an outstanding, well educated man in internal medicine. Greg cited a problem and made a few changes in my medication. The new meds took a few weeks to kick in as he advised but it was worth it. The pill changes cleared up a few things and eliminated future tests. I'm fortunate I have the medical team I have. Greg is a great asset in the medical world.
