Generally companies like that once testing to find out the problem, give you exercises and instructions, including a paper version so you will not mistakenly do it incorrectly Before I left my first appointment, I asked for that they said I will receive it in email. I did not. I asked again They ignored it I finally called, and, although I was told that I will receive it today, the person after telling me that hung up Just not a good feeling, not a good first impression Follow Up I finally after the third request did receive what I wanted

I was originally seen by Dr. Privitera on August 14th 2023 for a severely fractured(shattered)…read morehumorous. My surgery date was August 17th 2023 and found out then that I was in the best hands possible. He repaired my shoulder with pines and plates and a bone graft. He then sent me hone with a Breg cold care machine to help with the pain and swelling. At first I though I would never have full use of my shoulder again but boy was I wrong! A year later and several months of physical therapy later, I'm at almost complete range of motion! I couldn't have seen a better surgeon! Dr. Privitera is strict but he works with you. He only wants the best for his patients and really pushes for improvement. It was physically and mentally rough at time but I got through it with flying colors. If you've seen Dr. Privitera, you already know how wonderful he is. Just know that if you're having a rough time post surgery.. He's got your back. My son is a division 1 wrestler at Binghamton University on a full scholarship. in the spring of…read more2018 he injured his shoulder initially he was told he needed to work through it but after several months and no improvement he was scheduled to have surgery by a surgeon in Binghamton. The surgery was performed in the fall of that year. After several months of rehab, the shoulder continued to cause pain and would even dislocate. After another evaluation by the first surgeon it was determined that another surgery was needed. We decided to seek a second opinion based on our previous experience and were recommended by a friend to WCCH. That is where we were introduced to dr. Privitera. He immediately made a great impression on my husband and I and most importantly on our son. After reviewing all of the Imaging and the prior operative reports dr. Privitera consulted with colleagues and decided to proceed with a quite expensive open bankart repair of my son's right shoulder. The surgery was performed in January of 2020 and after several months of rehab and physical therapy my son returned to the mat in October of that year. On January 3rd 2021 he wrestled in his first match in over two years without any pain in his shoulder. We can't thank Dr Privitera enough for getting my son back to the sport that he has loved since he was 7 years old. He is continuing to get stronger and we hope that success will follow. We have never regretted our decision to have dr. Privitera do the second surgery. He is a very caring surgeon who understood the importance of returning my son to the mat. He was extremely thorough during the surgery and took his time and did everything that was needed to ensure that his shoulder would be intact through a Collegiate sport that causes many strains on that joint. Other patients who were not of color were getting called back left and right before me. I even heard one of the patients say "dang we got out of here before we were even supposed to check in". The only reason I did not complain in person was because I was afraid they would treat my visit carelessly and not give me proper care.

Forty (40) minutes later after stating that I was caller number one for over eighteen (18) minutes, someone finally answered. When I mentioned in a pleasant way how disturbing it is to be on hold for that long, there was no apology, just a quick dismissal and straight to business rudeness. When I reflected back on the delay I was quickly told that they get 350 calls a day. I mentioned that if it takes you twenty minutes per call, I can see the problem. How about putting the customer first and hire additional phone assistance. She quickly discounted my comment and asked if there was something she could do. I then asked for a referral to their competition. I wouldn't go to this organization unless they were the only option. If there care is anything like their customer service, they shouldn't be in this business.

I did both water and land exercises. It is a very clean place and everyone that works there is very professional and very kind. THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH ME , CHARGE ME FOR NOT SHOWING UP,$45.00 REALLY!!!! I'm not working I was shot in the chest and attempted robbery while I was working so I am on workers comp I'm barely paying the bills and you guys have no mercy or don't give a s*** about anything besides collecting your money the owners are heartlessness...... I started having hip problems in Nov and went for help. Tyler listened to my symptoms and began a program of stretches and exercises to me relieve the pain. He was always available via email or a phone call with any questions I had. He has given me a list of home exercise to do to continue my program. The facility is clean, conveniently located with plenty of parking and all the staff is pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
