And then we all came home for the pandemic and I stopped wearing shoes on my wooden floors (no cushioning) AND started doing Barre-exercise (like ballet, up on toes and ball of foot), which made that pinched nerve so aggravated, that I walked funny on my ankle to accommodate. Which led to my calf getting weird b/c of the ankle ... which led to my knee getting weak and sloppy to accommodate the calf and ankle and pinched nerve and now-healed-broken-toe. Since the facility is within the Bill Grays Iceplex, you can use technology on the cardio machines to watch any of the ice rinks (in case you're there during your kid's hockey practice). You can also listen to music, watch YouTube, or travel through various "trails" on the cardio equipment as you work out.
