I started having hip problems in Nov and went for help. Tyler listened to my symptoms and began a program of stretches and exercises to me relieve the pain. He was always available via email or a phone call with any questions I had. He has given me a list of home exercise to do to continue my program. The facility is clean, conveniently located with plenty of parking and all the staff is pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I am now walking like the OLD days thanks to the exercises recommended by Caitlin Bray my PT. I haven't felt this good in weeks. All PT's are so friendly and I can see they really care about their patients. I only wish I could add more that 5 stars to their review.

So disappointed in the new management at the Lattimore location on Empire Blvd. On an early (8:00…read moream) appointment, I noticed a trash can overflowing with cups, dirty wipes., etc. There was a large pile of dirty towels on a chair awaiting a wash, I guess. My therapist is very friendly and professional, but I noticed after I was on a table, and moved to another piece of equipment, the table wasn't wiped down. and another patient was placed on the same table. PSince this is a somewhat quasi medical facility, I feel hygiene should be in the forefront. It is not ; nor is there a welcoming feeling. I won't be going back to this location.
