My grandmother unfortunately had him as her primary and weeks before she passed away was complaining every day about pain and problems, with NO HELP from what was supposed to be her "doctor" - the one who took an oath to care for his patients. He rushed her off the phone, had no time to listen to her concerns and wrote her off as another number. Unprofessional, rude, no respect at all - would not recommend him if he was the last doctor on Earth. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this practice or see ROBERT CAIFANO! He's made helpful recommendations for supplements to try for pain and sleep assistance and has shown me videos of PT exercises on YouTube I can do at home instead of spending time and money going to a PT. To be honest, if he tried to sell me something, I'd buy it without hesitation because I trust his opinion so much. He takes his time with every patient and best of all, he doesn't forcibly crack your neck at all! Dawn is also great and sends text reminders before every appointment. I do find that I usually have to a longer wait time in the afternoons after work than if I go earlier in the day. Even when I've had to wait 45 minutes, I don't mind it because I know I'm going to be feeling better after I leave.

I am brand new to his practice and left my first appointment feeling my first glimmer of hope with regards to my back and neck issues. Poor experiences from chiropractors in the past almost kept me from going to see him. He spent close to two hours with me at the tail end of his already long day. In my first visit alone, I left there sore, but woke up this morning with some actual symptom relief. I can't thank I'm him, nor can I recommend him any higher. I am a healthcare professional (RN- emergency and peri anesthesia), and would not make this recommendation otherwise. Please try him!!! You honestly have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. A huge thank you to Dr, Kloch and Dawn. You have both restored my faith in chiropractors and humanity in general.

BURD Physical Therapy is the best rehabilitation program in the greater Rochester Area. From the…read morereceptionist to your personal clinician to the owner--everyone has a friendly and inviting smile at BURD. I have been working with Danielle Schantz, D.P.T., for a few months and she has totally helped me regain full mobility. I suffered a foot and ankle issue months ago and I tried some of the larger physical therapy facilities in the area, such as the one associated with the widespread university system. However, they were not able to provide the customized solutions and personalization that Danielle prescribed in our first month together despite months of continued therapy with the other two organizations who treated me. Yet after only a few sessions with Danielle and I was feeling much more confident again in my strength. Not only was she extremely encouraging and upbeat, but her extensive knowledge in physical therapy and biomechanics then helped me achieve personal independence and I cannot thank her enough. Ms. Danielle's detailed knowledge of the human body and her unwavering belief in my innate ability helped me become stronger than I was prior to becoming injured and I never thought this was possible. For that I would recommend BURD as one's first choice in regaining one's life back--no matter the setback--for they have three convenient locations and a multitude of qualified clinicians across the county. I thank them sincerely and would recommend them to any family member or friend.
