They were skilled/professional, actually had apparatus in-house to heal/strengthen me (Clark did not even have a hand weight available), and spent 60 mins with me every session instead of 20! My email, voicemail and text messages requesting exercise information were all ignored. My 2nd 7 am appointment - therapist no showed. I got a voicemail saying she was sorry but there was no school and she had over slept with kids. I said I would not be be keeping any other appointments. I had paid $75 cash for 1st appointment - based on my experience I sent an email asking for a refund - email was actually acknowledged and even replied to - stating that I would not be refunded for services rendered along with an apology for missed appointment- due to a scheduling error. Thankfully I have found a great therapist who is responsible, on-time and provides me information promised in a timely manner.

If you are looking for direct, observant therapy I would recommend looking elsewhere. Overall interactions were unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be there for the patient. The receptionists I interacted with were rays of sunshine and inviting/called you by your name. I can't speak highly enough about their demeanor. Also Tony, one of the therapists, seemed very friendly and professional with his clients. If I were to give the location a 2nd chance it would be with him. If you choose STAR then keep in mind you may have to be your best advocate, not the person who's job is to help guide you.
