I have been working with Danielle Schantz, D.P.T., for a few months and she has totally helped me regain full mobility. I suffered a foot and ankle issue months ago and I tried some of the larger physical therapy facilities in the area, such as the one associated with the widespread university system. However, they were not able to provide the customized solutions and personalization that Danielle prescribed in our first month together despite months of continued therapy with the other two organizations who treated me. Yet after only a few sessions with Danielle and I was feeling much more confident again in my strength. Not only was she extremely encouraging and upbeat, but her extensive knowledge in physical therapy and biomechanics then helped me achieve personal independence and I cannot thank her enough. Ms. Danielle's detailed knowledge of the human body and her unwavering belief in my innate ability helped me become stronger than I was prior to becoming injured and I never thought this was possible. Overall interactions were unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be there for the patient. The receptionists I interacted with were rays of sunshine and inviting/called you by your name. I can't speak highly enough about their demeanor. Also Tony, one of the therapists, seemed very friendly and professional with his clients. If I were to give the location a 2nd chance it would be with him. If you choose STAR then keep in mind you may have to be your best advocate, not the person who's job is to help guide you.
