After seeing Zoe and the Staff at Lake Country Physical Therapy I can say that the pain experienced has dropped dramatically and they have made it possible for me to walk freely and no more need for a cane. From my…read moreexperience it was few and far between my therapist paid attention or seemed interested in what I had to say about MY symptoms or questions on exercises. Overall interactions were unprofessional for someone who is supposed to be there for the patient. The receptionists I interacted with were rays of sunshine and inviting/called you by your name. I can't speak highly enough about their demeanor. Also Tony, one of the therapists, seemed very friendly and professional with his clients. If I were to give the location a 2nd chance it would be with him. If you choose STAR then keep in mind you may have to be your best advocate, not the person who's job is to help guide you.

I really appreciate the patience in explaining what the areas needing extra tlc and strengthening require, and the level of professionalism in teaching the small movements to get me back on track. The result? after a few sessions, her pain was reduced and by the time she completed a few more sessions, almost completely gone. Very satisfied with her results.
