Everything was done quickly. I checked in fast. Got to a room fast. Saw the doctor in minutes. Got X-rays done immediately. And no, nothing was an emergency. That's just how it went! We narrowed down my problem to being one of two things ... it was a little early to make a true call on it, especially when I don't remember ever injuring it, and he gave me a couple of suggestions of things I can do in the meantime while I wait a bit longer and see if the pain subsides. If I ever have to go back to this office, I'd be more than happy to! BTW, when my doctor referred me here, they actually reached out to ME FIRST, welcoming me to their office and eager to set up an appointment for me. The girls at desk seemed overworked or just annoyed. The PA was abrupt, loud and didn't introduce herself right away. It was a bit awkward. In past years we felt a strong staff, personable Medical Providers and never felt our consultation was rushed. We waited for a nurse to show my daughter how to properly put on her ankle brace, and after 30 minutes of feeling claustrophobic in room, we just left to check out. We had actually been in that room for over an hour.. The one girl at desk didn't apologize or offer help, she just said "their busy with Patients". My thought was, we've already waited 2 hours & we are a Paying Patient too. Something needs to change in the Medical world asap.

He then says to me mockingly a knee brace might help but I don't know who is going to pay for it. The only negative was working with one of the PAs, Matt. He made me feel rushed and he didn't seem as attentive. Everything else has been so good that I still had to give a 5 star review. The doctor and the PTs have been so friendly and caring. I've felt confident and assured through the entire process. Jim, the head PT is also very kind and likes to joke around which I think is helpful in the unfortunate circumstances when you're in need of PT.

Long waits, just to get moved from the outermost waiting area to the inner waiting area and then finally to either the procedure or another wait in the tiny exam room. After which you're processed in reverse order getting through scheduling and payments, Plan on arriving early and being seen late. Multiple television screens set at angles that are impossible to watch comfortably and have the added bonuses of terrible programming and bring out of sync with each other so there is a disturbing 1 second delay at opposite ends of the waiting room which has created a fake but annoying echo effect. The chairs are super uncomfortable managing to be both poorly cushioned and badly proportioned ( low seats and arm rests with low backs, having them welded together is especially dumb - so your seat and you get to move along with the nearest stranger- the fake leather vinyl which is probably good- easy to wipe clean- if I were confident that they cleaned them regularly and I'm not.
