I understand that if I got help for other issues during this visit, rightly so I should have been billed for two things. I was told by the billing department, that I should next time say I only want to be billed for a physical. (I forgot to say that, hence it was anything you say can and will be used against you). I also called the one 800 member for Rochester regional Health complaints and put the complaint in and they did send me a copy to let me know if my complaint was filed so they did hear me, but I was not cared for the way I should've been. So I don't feel like the care quality was up to par.
